Who it is for
A freelancer or small service business can keep customer and item details in one place, issue occasional invoices, and check overdue work. The Free tier is a way to test those basics with up to five customers and five invoices per month.
A business that quotes before beginning work can let a customer accept an estimate online and then convert it to an invoice on an eligible paid plan. Check the wording and tax details of a real sample estimate before sending one.
A business with regular monthly charges may use recurring invoices, while one with public-sector buyers may need e-invoice delivery. Compare the actual paid tier and country-specific delivery requirements before subscribing.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Estimates. Send a quote or estimate that a customer can open and accept online; the accepted status appears in the dashboard. On a qualifying plan, the accepted document can become an invoice, reducing re-entry of its details.
Invoice creation. Save customer, product and service details, then reuse them to create and send invoices. The mobile app can also create invoices and estimates when away from a desk.
Status and follow-up. Zervant flags overdue invoices and allows a manual paid mark. Its reminder tools support a personalized message after an invoice is overdue or automatic settings at account or customer level.
Delivery. Email invoices with a personal note or use a PDF. Paid plans add e-invoice and postal options with delivery quotas; confirm that the recipient accepts the selected method and that the plan has enough allowance.
Online payment. A connected Stripe account can put a card-payment option on an invoice. Zervant says the invoice is marked paid after an online payment; check the processor connection and test the intended settlement flow.
Recurring billing and export. Eligible plans can automatically create and send monthly invoices. Sales and invoice information can also be exported for an accountant in Excel or PDF format.

Pricing and getting started
The current Free plan lists five customers, five invoices per month, unlimited estimates, and email or PDF delivery. Starter raises the customer allowance to 30, removes its invoice count limit, and lists estimate conversion, reminders, attachments and some premium deliveries.
Pro lists unlimited customers and invoices plus recurring invoices, down payments, payment schedules and a bank connection. A one-time 14-day trial is advertised for monthly-paid Premium plans; annual subscriptions are outside that trial statement.
Card payments have a separate pay-per-use charge; the vendor gives 1.9% plus €0.25 for European cards as an example. Displayed subscription prices exclude VAT and may differ outside the named European markets, so confirm checkout currency, tax, delivery allowances and payment fees for your location.

Before you choose
Before relying on the quote-to-cash path, test an accepted estimate, its invoice conversion, the delivery channel and payment status with representative data. The public pages describe these steps, but no customer account or transaction was operated for this listing.
Check whether the buyer needs PDF or email, structured e-invoicing, or physical post. The free route covers email/PDF, while e-invoice and post are premium deliveries with quotas and recipient-specific address details.
If the business outgrows five customers or invoices, compare Starter and Pro against the actual need for reminders, recurring bills or bank connection. Confirm local tax treatment, trial eligibility and card processing charges at subscription time.
