Who it is for

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Create, view and edit jobs using drag-and-drop scheduling. The calendar can notify customers and cleaners when work is scheduled; available communication templates depend on the plan.

Create invoices from appointments and send them by email or SMS, or save a printable PDF. Invoice creation is manual, and SMS delivery requires a customer phone number on file.

Process customer card payments, including bulk charges, through a direct Stripe or Square connection. An active processor account and the required saved customer cards are necessary for office-initiated charges; simply marking an appointment Paid does not collect money.

Pricing and getting started

A fourteen-day free trial is advertised. Paid plans are described as month-to-month and cancellable in account settings. Pricing is calculated using the number of cleaners and office managers, and SMS charges are additional; check the amount for your actual team and currency.

Before you choose

Recurring or automatic charges must be configured directly in Stripe or Square; ZenMaid’s connector guide says it does not initiate recurring billing on your behalf. Starter’s mobile app also excludes cleaner GPS tracking.

QuickBooks is marked coming soon on the pricing page, so treat it as unavailable for purchasing decisions until the vendor confirms a release.

Verify stored-card migration before switching. The connector guide describes recollecting previously stored Stripe card details and a separate Square customer/card import. Confirm the current process and required consent before moving payment information.
