Vista Social

What it does

Vista Social brings social publishing, incoming engagement and reporting into one workspace. A team can schedule posts for connected profiles, route a draft for approval, work through supported comments and messages, and compare profile or post activity. The exact workflow depends on plan and network.

Who it is for

A small team with a manageable set of profiles can start with Professional for a shared calendar, single-step internal post review, Inbox and reports. An agency needing client sign-off without a login, or multiple approval stages, should compare Advanced and higher plans.

Plan around connected profile count and the networks that matter. The public table lists 15 profiles on Professional, 30 on Advanced and 70 on Scale, while Enterprise is custom. The pricing page has inconsistent user-count text, so confirm the seat allowance in the quote.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Publishing. Schedule posts across connected social profiles and customize a post for an individual profile. Format and publishing options depend on the network.

Social Inbox. View and respond to supported comments, messages, mentions, reviews and shares. The available interaction types and refresh times vary by connected network.

Reports. Measure post performance and engagement, with profile-level reports covering follower, post and impression activity where a network supplies those metrics.

Pricing and getting started

Vista Social offers a 14-day trial without a credit card. Its current public table lists Professional at $99 per month, Advanced at $199 and Scale at $449, with custom Enterprise pricing. Displayed annual totals are $950, $1,910 and $4,310 respectively; verify the currency and final checkout for your region.

The plan also depends on profile count and optional coverage. The pricing page lists listening beyond your own profiles from $75 per month and X publishing, boosting, automation and analytics at an additional $29 per month. Price the complete network and listening setup rather than only the base tier.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Approval depth changes by tier. Professional supports a single internal approval step. Advanced and higher plans add multi-step workflows, including external client review through a Shared Calendar without a team-member login. An approved post can proceed to scheduling or publishing according to its workflow.

Inbox coverage is specific to each platform. The vendor matrix includes Facebook and Instagram messages and comments, LinkedIn Company interactions, YouTube comments and several review sites, but some entries are view-only. Check the exact interaction type a team needs before relying on one combined queue.

Inbox timing also differs. Facebook and Instagram interactions are described as real-time; many other networks refresh about every five to seven hours. Some networks limit history or the daily volume available to a third-party tool.

Report figures need context. The Profile Performance view compares connected profiles, but available metrics vary by network. Data refreshes roughly every five to six hours, and a full first sync can take 48 to 72 hours. Post and profile reports count engagement differently, so their totals can differ.

If you are only trying the product, note the vendor says an expired trial retains its data for 30 days before it is queued for deletion. Decide whether to subscribe or export needed material within that window.
