Unleashed

What it does

Unleashed is inventory software for a product business that buys, stores and sells physical goods. It records stock movements, supports purchasing and sales orders, and connects inventory to fulfillment. The US plans differ substantially: multi-warehouse management belongs to Core or Pro, while Production is an add-on on Core or included on Pro.

Who it is for

A wholesaler or product seller handling frequent purchase and sales orders can use one stock record as goods arrive and leave. The sales-order workflow can allocate available goods and create a purchase order for a backorder.

A team operating more than one warehouse should compare Core or Pro because the current US grid puts multi-warehouse management in those packages. It can then check whether stock counts, transfers, batch tracking or serial tracking match the goods it handles.

A maker assembling finished goods should price Production separately. The US page presents it as a monthly Core option and included with Pro, so neither the Lite nor Core base price alone describes the manufacturing workflow.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Live stock position. Record goods coming in, going out, transferring between locations or being used in production so quantity and location stay visible.

Counts and traceability. Run stock counts by warehouse, bin or product; use batch or serial tracking when individual or grouped goods need a history.

Barcode work. Scan items when receiving, shipping or counting, with the scanned product linked to the inventory record.

Purchasing. Maintain supplier details and prices, create purchase orders and use stock information to guide replenishment.

Sales and fulfillment. Bring orders from channels into a central view, check inventory as they move toward shipment, and backorder any unavailable portion.

Multiple warehouses. On Core or Pro, manage stock across locations rather than assuming the Lite plan covers that workflow.

Pricing and getting started

On the current US pricing page, monthly subscription amounts are USD $99 for Lite, $399 for Core and $729 for Pro, excluding tax. The annual option displays totals of $1,089, $4,389 and $8,019 respectively, described as $91, $366 and $668 monthly equivalents. Check the chosen billing term before comparing those figures.

The grid includes three user licenses on Lite and Core and five on Pro, with 100 sales orders per month on each. Additional seats, sales-order capacity and integrations are separate purchase decisions. The displayed order-capacity upgrades begin at $70/month for up to 500 orders and reach $490/month for unlimited orders.

The Production module is displayed at $69/month as an option on Core and included on Pro. Other optional modules include advanced inventory planning, multi-bin warehouse management, B2B ecommerce and CRM-related tools; compare exact module scope rather than assuming they come with the base subscription.

A 14-day trial is advertised without a credit card and with all features enabled. That trial access does not establish which functions remain in the selected paid package. The US page separately displays onboarding options at $449, $799 and $5,549 one-time and support packages at $99 or $239 monthly; confirm which services apply to your account.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Estimate actual order volume and seats before choosing a tier. The included 100 monthly sales orders and seat allowances may make an order-capacity upgrade or added users material to the cost.

If the business needs multiple warehouses, manufacturing or warehouse-bin processes, match those requirements against the Core/Pro inclusion table and add-on list. The general feature pages describe capabilities that are not necessarily in every plan.

Plan the initial migration and training budget alongside the subscription. The US page shows separate onboarding and support charges; no account, stock receipt, warehouse transfer, production run, order fulfillment, trial signup or purchase was tested for this listing.
