Tweek

What it does

Tweek is a simple weekly planner built around putting tasks on the days when they need attention. It keeps a to-do calendar easy to scan, while optional task detail, sharing and calendar connections make it useful for personal routines or a small group.

Find your fit

Who it is for

It suits someone who wants to plan the next week visually without maintaining a complex project board. A family or small team can share a calendar of to-dos; users who need subtasks, recurring work, reminders or external calendar sync should budget for Premium.

Tweek is strongest as a date-oriented task plan. Before depending on a Google Calendar connection, check whether the work you create in Tweek must appear back in Google as an event: Tweek says newly created tasks do not.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Start in the weekly view to see the days ahead, then switch to a day or month view when that helps you focus or look further out. Search for a task and use color tags to find a group of work. Check the chosen plan for month-view availability.

On Premium, open a task to keep notes, a checklist, subtasks and files beside it. That makes a single day entry usable for a more involved errand or small project without scattering the detail across several apps.

Premium also offers recurring tasks and push or email reminders. Use a recurrence for routine work and inspect when the next instance appears; use reminders for deadlines that need an actual alert rather than just a visible date.

Share a calendar so family members or teammates can work from the same to-do plan. Tweek describes free collaboration for unlimited users; decide which calendars should be shared before inviting others.

A weekly template can be printed, or a plan arranged online can be printed later. That gives a paper view for a meeting or household plan, although changes on paper still need to be reflected in the live calendar.

Premium connects to Google, Outlook and Apple calendars and Apple Reminders. For Google specifically, incoming events and changes appear in Tweek, but new Tweek tasks, completions and deletions do not flow back as Google events. Test an edit and a recurring event before treating the two calendars as interchangeable.

Premium Workflows can color a task and set a reminder when it has a time. The current rule described by Tweek is deliberately narrow, and imported calendar events and repeating tasks are excluded; test it on an ordinary dated task before relying on automation.

Pricing and getting started

Tweek has an ongoing Free plan with one active calendar. Premium unlocks unlimited active calendars and advertises the task-detail, recurrence, reminder and calendar-sync features that a frequent planner may need. Map those needs before paying for an upgrade.

Individual Premium is displayed at $5.99 per month or $49.99 per year, which the site expresses as about $4.17 per month on annual billing. Family Premium is $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year, about $7.50 monthly on annual billing, for up to four people. Confirm the final currency and tax at checkout.

The 14-day trial is specifically for new subscribers choosing annual Individual. Tweek says monthly Individual and Family begin without that trial, so do not assume every Premium path has a free evaluation period.

Family gives each of up to four people a separate account, calendars and Premium access. Subscriptions renew automatically; after cancellation, paid features continue to the end of the period, then the account returns to Free while tasks and calendars remain.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Put one real week into Tweek: a deadline, a recurring chore and a multistep task. Review what appears in the weekly view, what is easier to find by color, and which useful actions require Premium.

If several people share a plan, give each a small harmless task and verify the right calendar is visible to them. For external calendars, test an imported event, an edited event and a newly created Tweek task to see exactly which direction changes travel.

Use the new-subscriber annual Individual trial only if that is the plan you may buy. Compare the monthly and annual totals, and set a reminder before the trial or paid renewal ends if you need to decide whether to continue.
