Tellent Recruitee

What it does

Tellent Recruitee is an applicant tracking system for the path from a published job to a hired candidate. A team can collect applications through a branded careers site and job boards, move applicants through stages, and coordinate interviews and feedback. The main choice is how much hiring volume and automation the team needs: Start limits active jobs, while Advance and Optimize add broader controls.

Who it is for

An early-stage hiring team with no more than five active openings can use Start to publish those jobs to a single-page branded site and manage candidates in a shared pipeline.

A growing team hiring across more roles or locations should examine Advance. It removes the active-post cap and adds multi-page career-site support, workflow automation and self-scheduling.

A larger HR team requiring approval steps, BI reporting connections or single sign-on should compare Optimize. Confirm the implementation and exact scope in a plan proposal.

Pricing and getting started

The public plan lineup is Start, Advance and Optimize. Start allows five active jobs and a single-page careers site. Advance lists unlimited active jobs and a multi-page site; Optimize adds controls such as SSO, requisition approvals and BI integrations.

The official site offers a free trial without requiring a credit card. It does not establish that every feature or add-on is included in the trial.

The vendor bases pricing on the selected plan, organization size and billing period. Its current site says all plans have a one-year minimum commitment, with monthly payment possible and a discount for paying annually. Obtain the current quote for the team and region.

Texting, Journeys, AgencyHub and WhatsApp Hiring are presented as optional add-ons, so a team needing those workflows should request their separate terms and availability.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Hiring collaboration extends beyond the three core workflows. The vendor describes roles, tasks, notes and candidate feedback; structured evaluation forms are listed for Advance.

The vendor describes duplicate detection and linking multiple applications to one candidate profile. Test this with representative records before migrating an existing database.

Automation and reporting vary by tier. Start includes standard reporting, Advance lists trigger-based workflows and custom reports, and Optimize adds conditional automation and BI connections.

Count simultaneous open jobs before choosing Start. The published allowance is five active job posts, while Advance removes that stated cap.

Confirm where a hiring workflow changes by tier. Self-scheduling, structured evaluations, automation and custom reports appear in Advance; Optimize is the place to check for approvals, SSO and BI connections.

Check how the vendor would configure your careers site, board distribution and candidate records with a few real job examples. Public feature pages describe these capabilities, but no account, posting, candidate data or integration was tested for this listing.

The official imprint names Recruitee B.V. Legal contracting terms can depend on buyer location; check the named entity in a current proposal.
