Find your fit
Who it is for
A recruiting team that currently tracks applicants in email and spreadsheets can use the job process to agree on review stages and handoffs. Start with one representative vacancy and decide who owns each stage before changing the wider workflow.
A company that wants its job pages to reflect its brand can build a career site inside the ATS. Check whether the available page blocks and application path fit the current website, languages and accessibility requirements.
A multi-brand or larger team should separate the standard hiring flow from Premium requisition and division options when requesting a quote. The public page labels those options Premium but does not supply a fixed total.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Job posting. Teamtailor says recruiters can publish a new job from a template or a blank start. Confirm the approval and posting steps for a sample role, especially while the vendor rolls out a revised job-creation setup.
Career site. A block-based builder creates pages attached to the ATS, so candidates can see open roles and apply. Review a sample page on desktop and phone, including the handoff from the role page into the application.
Hiring stages. Teams can add, rename, reorder or remove stages between the fixed Inbox and Hired endpoints. Choose stage names and types before importing a large pipeline, then test whether they produce the reporting view the team needs.
Candidate review. The candidate card distinguishes job-specific application details from broader candidate information. Hiring teams can use the card and scorecards during evaluation; check role access and decide what information each reviewer needs.

Pricing and getting started
Teamtailor’s current pricing route asks for company details and returns a quote. The page advertises unlimited job postings and users, but buyers should get the billing period, contract length, support, data migration and any usage conditions in writing.
The pricing grid lists career sites and talent pools as included, while requisitions/approval flows and divisions/multi-brand management are marked Premium. Ask which of those are in the proposed package rather than assuming every showcased feature is included.
Some workflow features are account add-ons that a Company Admin activates; other users can request activation. Check setup rights and any quoted add-on charges for the exact configuration, especially if several teams will administer hiring.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Pilot one role from public job page through candidate review. Check application fields, stage transitions, hiring-team permissions, communications and the data you need to export; the research did not submit a real application or operate an account.
The vendor says job-creation improvements are rolling out gradually, so screenshots or steps in a support article may differ from the buyer’s account. Ask for a walkthrough of the exact enabled flow before training a team.
Ask for an itemized quote that distinguishes included features, Premium options and activation controls. No public fixed price, trial entitlement, implementation fee or contract term was verified for this profile.
