Find your fit
Who it is for
It fits an owner-led company that has moved beyond separate spreadsheets for customer details, sales follow-up and invoices. The useful test is one ordinary job from first contact to quote and payment: note who owns each step, what information colleagues need and whether project delivery belongs inside the same subscription.
The package builder matters as much as the feature list. Smart, Grow and Flow differ in scope, while project management, planning, lead capture and shared inbox are selectable boosters. A business that mainly needs CRM and invoices can price the core first; one needing job delivery or shared email should include those additions in the actual estimate.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Keep customer details and communication history together so another team member can see past email, meeting and invoice context before following up. The current feature grid also describes importing existing details and finding or filtering customers by field or tag. Try a few fictional contacts before moving a real address book.
Schedule the next call, meeting or task from the opportunity workflow. A follow-up associated with a sales stage helps a team make ownership visible; choose a small, consistent set of stages and check how a colleague sees the next action before relying on pipeline reports.
Track a potential job in the sales pipeline, then draft a quotation with customer information and a branded template. The quotation page describes feedback and signature notifications plus expiry reminders. Send a fictional quotation to a test recipient and check the selected plan’s follow-up options before using those notifications with customers.
A quotation can be converted into an invoice. The invoice page also describes starting from tasks or tracked time and customizing the invoice template. Check the quoted line items, tax and payment terms against the resulting draft before sending it; a conversion is still an accounting handoff that deserves review.
Online invoice payment is described through a Mollie connection. If customers must pay from the invoice, confirm the merchant account, supported market, payment method and processor charges; sending a digital invoice alone does not establish that its payment link is ready.
When the project-management booster is selected, an approved quotation can become project work with to-dos. The project page connects quotation, project and invoice views and describes billing for tracked work before final completion. Rehearse that transition with a fictional job and check what the booster adds to the quoted subscription.

Pricing and getting started
The current package builder offers Smart, Grow and Flow. All three summary rows include CRM and invoicing, while Grow adds items such as expanded quotation options and payment reminders; Flow lists multiple sales pipelines and entities. Confirm the selected plan’s detailed rights, because a capability described elsewhere on the site can have a narrower package boundary.
Project management, planning, lead capture and shared inbox are priced as boosters in the viewed builder. The pricing FAQ says boosters are bought per account, while the calculator divides their charge across users for display. Include the actual selected boosters and user count in the quote rather than treating a sitewide workflow example as base-package entitlement.
The viewed pricing page switches between annual and quarterly billing and shows euro amounts excluding VAT, with discounts reflected in the displayed figures. Save the dated checkout total and renewal terms for the selected country, seats and boosters; a promotional per-user headline is not a reliable all-in cost.
A 14-day no-card trial is advertised. Use it to test a fictional contact, opportunity, quotation and invoice in the precise package being considered, including any booster needed for project delivery. Confirm what happens to sample records and entitlement when the trial ends.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Before importing real customers, pilot one end-to-end example: add a fictional contact, log an interaction, schedule follow-up, prepare and send a test quotation, convert it to a draft invoice, and compare both amounts. Add the project conversion only if the intended package includes that booster.
If separate teams need multiple pipelines or businesses under one account, check the Flow entitlement specifically. If collecting web leads or working from a shared inbox is central, quote those boosters. If payment collection is essential, test the Mollie connection and fees with the selected local payment method.
