Who it is for

Teams with linked deadlines can try a short schedule where one task depends on another. Moving an upstream date shows whether the changed sequence is clear to everyone who owns work.

Managers who coordinate several projects can inspect health, baselines and workloads, then share the current schedule with stakeholders. Confirm the selected plan includes the reporting and resource features required by the team.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Task management. Assign tasks, set due dates and check off work on the project timeline. That keeps ownership next to the schedule.

Project planning. Set dependencies for tasks that must happen in order. Moving a task date can move its dependents, so inspect the resulting chain before publishing a revised plan.

Project reporting. Monitor project status and risk across jobs. Use the broad view to find a project needing attention, then inspect its task updates before acting.

Pricing and getting started

Personal is listed as free forever for one user, one project and 40 tasks, with basic Gantt scheduling and dependencies. Base lists five projects, one manager and ten collaborators for a flat fee.

Business starts with five projects, unlimited managers and collaborators and 500 tasks per project; added projects change the price. Builder Edition starts with ten projects and adds construction tools such as procurement and subcontractor schedule confirmation. Compare the included features before choosing.

The page offers monthly and annual billing with project-based prices. Every paid plan has a 14-day trial that requires a credit card. The vendor says it automatically bills the trialed plan after 14 days unless you cancel or downgrade to Personal. Confirm the checkout total and cancellation timing before signup.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Lead or lag in dependencies can represent a real wait or overlap, while critical path highlights tasks that affect completion. Model one representative handoff first and check the result after a date shift.

A baseline records the original schedule for comparison. Save it when the plan is agreed, then review project health and task progress against current dates.

A workload heatmap shows whether people are stretched across projects. Check assignments and estimated hours before moving work to someone who appears free.

Comments can stay with tasks, and a live link can show the latest schedule to outside stakeholders. Test view permissions and decide which details each audience should see before sharing.

The same project can be viewed as a Gantt chart, list, calendar or board. Let contributors use the view they can maintain accurately; every view should reflect the same underlying plan.

Current pricing and plan limits come from the live pricing page. An older support article describes a different Basic plan and should not be used for today’s purchase decision. No account, schedule edit, trial signup, report, sharing or checkout was tested for this listing.
