Sticky Password

What it does

Sticky Password keeps logins in a password vault, helps create a new credential when an account needs one, and fills a saved login on supported devices. Its standout workflow is choosing where data travels: cloud sync, local Wi-Fi sync, or no sync. The free and Premium licenses differ on multi-device synchronization, so that choice belongs in the plan decision.

Who it is for

An individual replacing browser-saved passwords can start with Sticky Password Free, then test a representative set of sites and devices. If several devices need the same vault, check Premium because the vendor reserves multi-device sync and backup for that license.

A buyer who wants more control over password data location can compare cloud sync, local Wi-Fi or network sync, and no sync. The right choice depends on the devices used and how the buyer plans to recover or transfer data.

Someone comparing an annual license with a one-time purchase can evaluate the current one-year and Lifetime options. The Lifetime page distinguishes core Premium protection from optional Dark Web Monitoring renewal, so compare long-term needs rather than treating every add-on as permanent.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Password vault. Sticky Password stores saved logins in its encrypted database. Before moving, count the accounts you need, plan how to verify imported entries, and keep an independent recovery path until the new vault works on your devices.

Password generator. The Mac help guide shows Sticky Password suggesting a new password in an online registration form; the current generator page also describes its built-in tool. Test a site’s password rules and confirm the new credential is saved where you expect.

Password autofill. The vendor documents filling saved logins on Android and describes automatic sign-in on its current homepage. Actual form and app behavior can vary; test the browsers, mobile apps and multi-step logins you rely on.

Pricing and getting started

Sticky Password Free is available, but the licensing guide says multi-device synchronization and backup require Premium. Decide whether a single-device workflow is enough before evaluating a paid license.

The current individual pricing page offers a 30-day Premium trial without a credit card. It explicitly excludes Dark Web Monitoring from that trial. Check how the account behaves after the trial and what a paid upgrade includes before committing.

Premium is sold as a one-year license, and the current pricing page also markets a Lifetime purchase. Sale amounts on that page can change, and the dollar symbol alone does not establish currency. Verify the current total, taxes, renewal terms, add-on monitoring and license agreement in checkout.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Match the sync choice to your recovery plan. Local Wi-Fi and no-sync paths offer a different operating routine from cloud sync, and the vendor says multi-device sync and backup belong to Premium. Test a second device and a restore path during the trial if those matter to you.

Try password generation and autofill on representative websites and a mobile app before replacing your current password store. The research captured vendor instructions but did not create a Sticky Password account, import a credential or test an actual login.

Sticky Password describes sharing controls and zero-knowledge encryption. Review who can access shared credentials and the vendor’s security material for your own requirements; this profile did not independently verify permissions or encryption outcomes.
