Sociality.io

What it does

Sociality.io brings a team’s social calendar, audience inbox and reporting together. A post can be prepared and approved in Publish, audience replies can be handled in Engage, and results can be reviewed in Analytics without switching among every native social app.

Who it is for

It suits small marketing teams and agencies coordinating several connected pages, especially when posts need review and incoming conversations need clear ownership. The Engage queue separates assigned, unassigned and closed threads, while internal notes preserve context for teammates.

The small-business page describes Pro as one user with up to ten connected social or competitor pages and Business as an upgrade. Count the pages and teammates you need, then confirm the current dashboard allowance before buying.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Publishing: schedule posts across connected social pages in a shared calendar. The iOS and Android apps also let teammates create, preview, approve and schedule posts. Specific formats and publishing rights vary by connected network and account.

Engagement: review supported comments, mentions and direct messages from connected pages in one place, then respond from the shared inbox. The exact interaction types available vary by network.

Analytics: inspect post engagement and interaction rates while Sociality.io gathers cross-channel data into one reporting area. Available metrics depend on the connected profile and plan.

Pricing and getting started

Sociality.io’s trial help advertises 14 days without a card and access to Publish, Engage and Analytics, with up to five users and ten pages during the trial. Confirm the trial terms at signup because that help page is older.

Its small-business page describes Pro and Business dashboard tiers, but the main pricing page currently presents separate MCP-only and Dashboard + MCP options with a different tier structure. Ask Sociality.io which dashboard plan, page allowance, reporting retention and billing total apply to your account before choosing.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

The networks listed for publishing and Engage are broad, but each platform exposes different post formats, messages and moderation actions. Check the exact page type and action you need, particularly for ad comments and direct messages.

Approval rights matter: drafts from restricted users enter Needs Approval and are scheduled only after an authorized reviewer acts. Map roles and who can publish directly before relying on the calendar.

Analytics’ dashboard page lists seven months of Pro data and thirteen months on Business, while the newer MCP pricing page gives different retention terms for its offering. Treat these as separate product-line descriptions and verify your selected plan.

This profile uses public vendor pages checked 15 October 2026. SoftwareExplained has not connected an account, scheduled a post, replied to a customer, generated a report or completed checkout; test the network permissions and current commercial terms in your trial.
