Find your fit
Who it is for
A solo operator who posts sparingly can begin with Free, which allows three social accounts and ten lifetime posts. Starter raises publishing capacity but has no team allowance or social inbox, so it fits scheduling and basic analytics more than shared community response.
A growing team may need Growth for five teams, a social inbox and advanced analytics. Agency raises account, post and team capacity further. Compare those limits with your actual posting volume and number of client brands before buying.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Publishing: schedule social posts for a future date and time from SocialBu Publish.
Conversations: view and respond to supported social comments and messages through Respond; the available reply action depends on the connected network.
Analytics: review top posts and engagement metrics for selected accounts and dates in Analyze. Available metrics depend on what each network returns.

Pricing and getting started
SocialBu currently lists Free, Starter, Growth, Agency and a custom-plan demo route. Free allows three social accounts and ten lifetime posts. The paid plans begin with a seven-day trial, so do not confuse that trial with the ongoing Free allowance.
At the monthly setting, the current page shows Starter at US$29, Growth at US$79 and Agency at US$199 per month. Annual billing displays lower effective monthly figures and annual totals; check the selected billing term, tax and final checkout before paying. Existing customers may retain older plans and limits.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Publishing can adapt text and media for each selected network, preview the destination account, save drafts and fill recurring queues. A CSV import is available for prepared batches; check required columns and network formats before committing a large schedule.
Team approval is optional and permission-based. Posts remain awaiting approval until an authorized member approves or rejects them, so a scheduled campaign needs a reviewer with the right access.
Respond supports account and team inboxes, assignment, statuses, tags and some private notes. Messages, comments, reviews and outbound actions vary by network and account type; test a representative conversation before consolidating customer care there.
Starter lists basic analytics with no social inbox. Growth and Agency list advanced analytics and inbox access; confirm the selected tier if inbox or detailed reports are central to your workflow.
RSS and webhook rules can reduce repeat posting steps, but the number of rules and monthly executions depends on the plan. Review each automation trigger and destination account before enabling it.
Web cancellation uses SocialBu settings and its billing portal; an app-store subscription is managed through that store. Paid features usually continue to the end of the billing period, then usage above Free limits may stop working. Check scheduled content before downgrading.
