Who it is for
It is useful for a team handling customer questions or sales conversations across several messaging accounts. A shared inbox makes ownership visible; the team can assign work to a person or queue and use internal notes without writing those notes to the customer.
A buyer should start with the channels they actually use. Each must be connected before messages, automation or AI can run. WhatsApp requires a phone number and Meta business setup; Instagram needs a linked Business account; SMS availability depends on region. Those prerequisites can determine rollout effort more than the inbox screen.

Core capabilities
Connect a supported messaging account, then handle its incoming and outgoing messages in SleekFlow Inbox. A conversation can be assigned to a teammate or team, with a named person responsible for the customer reply. The contact area keeps details and history nearby for context.
A team inbox can hold a conversation for its first responder to take ownership. Alternatively, a round-robin queue can assign ownership before a reply. Internal notes and mentions help colleagues consult one another while keeping the customer-facing response separate.
The website Live Chat Widget can host direct visitor conversations. Its other channel buttons may instead redirect a visitor to WhatsApp, Instagram or LINE. Test both paths before describing every widget click as an onsite chat.
SleekFlow describes automated welcome and after-hours replies, conversation routing and outbound broadcast campaigns. The plan cards reserve the more extensive Flow Builder and Broadcast rights for Pro and above, so a buyer should map each intended workflow to the selected tier and connected channel.
AI agents are described as answering questions and handing conversations to a teammate. A useful pilot would check approved knowledge, the handoff point and who sees each reply, using fictional customer questions. AI agents and integrations are tiered rather than universal.

Pricing and getting started
On the US pricing page with annual billing selected, Essential is displayed at US$49 per month billed US$588 yearly, Pro at US$109 billed US$1,308 yearly, and Premium at US$279 billed US$3,348 yearly. Enterprise is custom-priced. Essential is rolling out by country, so confirm availability, billing term, tax and actual offer in the buyer’s region.
The displayed starting allowances differ: Essential has 500 monthly active contacts and three seats, Pro 500 contacts and ten accounts, and Premium 1,000 contacts and ten accounts. Essential lists simple automations; Pro adds AI agents, broadcasts and Flow Builder; Premium adds deeper integrations, role controls and advanced analytics. Verify the exact channel and AI entitlements on the selected offer.
A monthly active contact is a unique contact who messages the business or receives a message through the Inbox, automation, AI or API during the billing cycle. Merely storing or importing a contact does not count, nor does a one-way broadcast without a reply. Estimate engaged contacts rather than total CRM records.
The comparison lists US$20 per extra 100 monthly active contacts. Pro and Premium can auto-add MAC capacity and charge the default payment method; if capacity cannot be added, messaging and new workflow enrollments may pause. Check the auto-scaling setting and a realistic busy-month estimate before connecting production channels.
WhatsApp Business API Platform and SMS carry separate hosting and per-message fees on the pricing page. The advertised subscription amount therefore does not fully price an active messaging program; obtain channel-specific rates for the countries and traffic types you plan to use.
The pricing FAQ describes a seven-day Pro trial with 500 monthly active contacts and no credit card. It says an unsubscribed workspace pauses messages and automations after trial expiry. Check what can be exported and when before making the trial an operational inbox.

Before you choose
The public navigation marks Email Management and VoIP calls Coming Soon, while the Email help article describes a Feature preview path. Treat both as availability questions, not universal current capabilities: ask which region, plan and account can actually enable them before planning a migration from an email or phone system.
For an evaluation, connect a test channel only with proper business access, send fictional messages, route one to a team and one to a user, and inspect the reply and internal-note behavior. For a website pilot, distinguish a conversation inside Live Chat from buttons that redirect to another platform.
Before purchasing, price the chosen plan, engaged-contact allowance, extra MACs, seats and channel fees together. Decide who can change auto-scaling and how messages will be handled if usage is blocked. Keep vendor outcome claims separate from a tested workflow.
