Find your fit
Who it is for
A small business with a few testimonials can try the Free plan, make a form and place a widget without committing to Pro. Its 15-testimonial cap matters quickly if the business already has a review archive.
An agency or multi-brand team can separate work into Shapo workspaces, but each workspace has its own content and billing plan. Check the number of client workspaces and total subscription cost rather than assuming one account is one shared paid pool.

Core capabilities
Import reviews from an available source such as Google, choose which fetched items to add, and optionally filter by rating. Keep the original source and attribution clear when reusing those reviews on another site.
Build a testimonial collection form with an introduction, testimonial page, personal-details step and thank-you page. Share its link or embed it on the business site after limiting personal fields to what you actually need.
Enable video in a form if customer clips are useful. The help guide describes video submissions appearing in widgets and dashboard moderation; verify visibility settings with a harmless sample before inviting customers.
Create a widget, select a grid or carousel layout, tune its colors and display settings, then place its JavaScript embed on the intended webpage. Test the rendered result on desktop and phone in the actual site template.
Use a Wall of Love when a standalone collection of selected testimonials is more useful than a small embedded widget. Confirm custom-domain and branding rights for the chosen plan.
Auto-Sync can check a selected review source once a day. Newly imported items are marked public by default, so set source, filters and display expectations deliberately before enabling it.
Workspaces separate widgets, testimonials and forms for different projects. Their settings and billing plans are separate too, and the help guide says content cannot be transferred directly between workspaces.

Pricing and getting started
The current pricing card lists a Free plan with up to 15 testimonials, unlimited forms and widgets, one survey and Shapo branding. It does not require a credit card to start.
At the Free cap, Shapo says new incoming testimonials stop being visible and importing from third-party sources is restricted. Check this behavior and plan an export or upgrade path before a live campaign approaches the limit.
Pro lists unlimited testimonials, forms, widgets and surveys, 30-plus import sources, more tags and branding removal. Fair-use and per-workspace boundaries still apply to unusually large agency use.
The captured page displays Pro at $29 per month and advertises two months free with annual billing. Confirm actual checkout currency, tax, yearly total and renewal terms for your region.
Shapo also offers a $1 seven-day Pro trial. The pricing FAQ says it becomes the $29 monthly Pro plan after seven days unless cancelled from Plan & Billing first; each workspace can use the trial once.
Multiple workspaces can have individual billing plans. An agency managing many clients should request the applicable setup and total price rather than projecting one Pro subscription across all workspaces.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
For a low-risk evaluation, use fictional material to import a sample, create a form and widget, and inspect the resulting public page. Confirm what an imported or video testimonial exposes before asking real customers to contribute.
If you enable daily review sync, remember that the vendor says new imports are public by default. Review filters, attribution and original-platform reuse rights, then watch the widget after the next import cycle.
Compare the Free cap, Pro trial conversion, annual billing and per-workspace plans against the number of reviews and brands you intend to manage. The price text uses dollar signs without settling every regional checkout detail.
