Pricing and getting started

A free trial is advertised, but its duration, card requirements and included features need confirmation. Startup, Pro and Pro Plus advertise monthly prices based on annual subscription rates, plus a sign-up fee; Elite requires a pricing discussion. Confirm currency, sign-up charges, add-ons and the complete agreement.
