Find your fit
Who it is for
A service business can invite satisfied customers to leave a text or video testimonial, review the submission and display an approved selection near a relevant service page. Confirm the customer granted public use of their words and media first.
A company with existing public reviews can consider imports to bring them into one Proof workspace, then tag and curate the material for a showcase. The right to reuse a review, its photo and its exact wording needs a source-specific check.
An agency handling multiple brands can use separate projects to keep collection forms and display assets apart. Check project, seat and domain allowances before choosing Starter or Pro for that structure.

Core capabilities
Start with a Senja collection form for text, image or video responses. Share its link with customers or use invitations, then review each submission before it appears in public marketing.
Import existing testimonials from supported review or social sources, a spreadsheet, manual entry or the Chrome extension. Check source attribution and permission to republish, especially when a testimonial includes a photograph or video.
The Proof area gathers collected and imported material for finding, tagging and managing customer details. Keep an untouched copy of important original wording before edits, and decide which submissions are suitable for a particular page.
Approval determines which testimonials can be used in Studio widgets and Walls of Love. Some imports arrive approved by default, and an Auto-add display can pick up newly approved material; review those settings before embedding a public asset.
Senja forms include a consent page by default. Public and private use labels are mapped by field position, so test the wording and inspect the saved choice before displaying a customer’s statement or media.
For a more private presentation, customer names can be changed to initials or Anonymous and photos or email details removed. Check the text, images and video for other identifying information as well.
A Studio widget is a compact asset for showing selected testimonials on a site or through a shareable link. Curate the included items and inspect the embedded result on mobile and desktop.
A Wall of Love is a dedicated hosted page of selected testimonials and reviews, available on Free, Starter and Pro. It serves a full testimonial collection, while a widget can sit inside a specific page.
Projects keep testimonials, forms and displays for different brands or campaigns apart. Plan limits apply, so separate-brand work is a reason to compare the included project counts.
Understand the offer
Pricing and getting started
Free allows 15 text and video testimonials in total, not 15 per month. Reaching that lifetime cap hides new submissions until upgrade; the forms and previously selected displays continue, and deleting old items does not reopen the allowance.
At the vendor’s displayed monthly setting, Starter is $29 per month with unlimited testimonials, three forms, one project and two seats. It lists brand and domain options, autosync, higher-quality video export and integration access. Confirm currency, tax and current checkout.
The displayed monthly Pro price is $59 with unlimited forms, five projects and five seats. Extra projects and seats carry monthly charges; compare the number of brands and teammates before choosing a tier.
Senja says every plan supports exports, but video export quality differs: SD on Free and HD on paid plans. It describes the Free plan as its trial path rather than offering a separate traditional trial for paid tiers.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Run a pilot with fictional testimonials and no customer data: build a form, inspect consent choices, leave a submission, review its approval state and preview a widget and Wall of Love before embedding either publicly.
Check public-use permission for each testimonial, especially imported reviews, photographs and video. Approval in Senja controls display eligibility; it does not establish a customer’s permission to republish elsewhere.
If many testimonials already exist or new ones arrive regularly, the Free total cap may be reached quickly. Count required seats, forms and projects, then compare monthly price, extra capacity and export quality.
Review any Auto-add display carefully. Imported testimonials may start approved, and private-use consent can be missed if form labels or automatic approval are configured poorly. Inspect the final public asset and privacy details before launch.
