SendX

What it does

SendX combines newsletter campaigns, audience segments and behavior-based email workflows. A team can collect subscribers, prepare an email, select a current segment and send or schedule the campaign. Follow-up workflows can then branch according to what a contact does, while reports show campaign and workflow activity.

Who it is for

A small business or newsletter team can build a campaign from a template or empty layout, send a test copy and target a list, tag or smart segment. Sending can happen immediately, on a schedule or by recipient time zone.

Teams with several customer groups can combine list membership, tags, custom fields and engagement signals into segments that update as records change. A visual workflow is useful when a follow-up must branch; a drip suits the same timed sequence for everyone.

Pricing and getting started

SendX offers a no-card 14-day trial with up to 500 contacts and 500 total sends. Its help page says the trial includes forms, popups, automations and analytics. Once the trial expires, sending stops until an upgrade, though the account remains viewable.

The public pricing page lists one contact-count-based plan starting at $9.99 per month for up to 1,000 contacts, as checked October 15, 2026. Annual billing is advertised at 25% less. Paid plans advertise unlimited sends to opted-in contacts; confirm the contact tier, add-ons, region, taxes and final amount at checkout.

Trial timing matters if forms or integrations are live: the help page says certain resources are cleaned up on day 18 after trial expiry, while contacts and campaign history remain. Plan an export and upgrade decision before that point.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Verify a sending domain, choose the campaign audience, send a test message and check recipient selection before a real send. Saved segments are evaluated against current contact records, so review the matched group close to send time.

Draft and test a narrow workflow before activating it. Use a visual branch when behavior should change the path; use a drip for a fixed sequence. Review workflow and campaign reporting after sending.

Buyer check: SendX pricing says unsubscribed or spam-marked contacts are excluded from paid counts, while its billing help says all contacts count until deleted. Confirm the rule that applies to your account in writing before importing a large list.

Research scope. Current official public pages were checked October 15, 2026. No account, list import, send, automation, trial signup, purchase or checkout was tested.
