Who it is for
An agency or consultancy running client projects can reuse a template and coordinate phases, milestones, tasks and retainer periods. Deliver is the relevant app for that workflow; the related Do app adds broader task patterns such as subtasks, recurring tasks and Kanban.
A project manager monitoring several engagements can use Gantt snapshots and the project list to discuss dates and progress. A firm that also needs capacity, time and budget analysis should assess the Resource, Track and Advanced Work apps rather than assume those tools come with Deliver alone.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Task management. Assign tasks to project team members.
Project planning. Set dependencies between tasks in project work.
Project reporting. Track project progress against the Gantt schedule.

Pricing and getting started
Scoro offers a fourteen-day trial without a credit card and displays a five-user minimum. Its pricing is modular: teams choose core apps or a prepared combination. Confirm the exact app mix and trial scope before relying on a feature seen in a demo.
Deliver lists project tasks, templates, retainers, Gantt dependencies, multi-project timeline, phases and milestones. Do adds subtasks, recurring work, bundles and Kanban; Resource handles bookings and utilization; Track handles time and labor cost. Advanced Work adds deeper project reporting and budget controls.
The pricing page shows different currencies and prices for different app combinations, but it does not give one universal Deliver price. Budget from a configured quote that specifies users, selected apps, currency and billing terms.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Regular tasks are available in Deliver as well as several other apps, while current help text places subtasks in Do. Test the exact work breakdown your team needs before deciding whether Deliver alone is enough.
Dependency links support several relationship types and can recalculate dates. Scoro also says that without a defined buffer, changing a predecessor might leave a successor date unchanged until dates conflict. Pilot a representative dependency chain before trusting automatic schedule changes.
The Gantt chart can be shared as a snapshot, and project-list progress bars compare time against an estimate. Confirm external sharing permissions and how your team records planned and actual hours before using those views for client status or portfolio decisions.
Project templates and retainer periods can reduce repeat setup. Check how your own deliverables, renewals and scope changes map to the template before moving ongoing client work.
No quote conversion, task assignment, dependency recalculation, time entry, report share, trial conversion or checkout was exercised for this listing. Validate the proposed app combination with one realistic project and a written subscription quote.
