RoboForm for Business

What it does

RoboForm for Business gives employees separate work password vaults while administrators manage access, policies and sharing. A typical workflow is to keep a work login in the vault, generate a unique password when creating or changing an account, then autofill a saved login on a supported device. Its public Business page also describes password health and breach-linked alerts; those are additional controls, not a security guarantee.

Who it is for

A small or growing organization replacing shared spreadsheets or browser-stored credentials can give each employee a work vault and set central access rules. A buyer should decide which accounts are individual and which must be shared by role.

IT or operations teams with joins, moves and exits can use RoboForm’s admin center, bulk import, policies and audit views as part of a controlled rollout. Test the actual identity-provider and provisioning path rather than assuming every connection is included or already configured.

Teams that allow work across desktop and mobile can evaluate generator and autofill behavior on the browsers and phones they actually use. The current business page describes multi-device vaults; an October 2026 RoboForm post specifically documents Safari filling on iOS.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Password vault. RoboForm stores passwords in employee vaults, with work and personal vault separation on its business page. Decide who owns shared credentials, how access is revoked, and how existing passwords will be imported.

Password generator. RoboForm’s built-in generator creates passwords in browser or mobile flows. Teams can use it when replacing reused credentials; site-specific password rules may still require adjustments.

Password autofill. RoboForm can fill saved credentials on supported devices. The retained direct action example is iOS, while the current business page describes autofill across devices; verify behavior in your exact browsers and applications.

Pricing and getting started

The public Business pricing page displays $3.33 per user per month billed annually. It also contains unrendered sale placeholders, so do not rely on a promotional first-year figure from that page. Confirm currency, minimum seats, tax, renewal amount and the total in a current quote or checkout before buying.

The Business page offers a free trial and says no credit card is required. The checked page does not establish the trial duration or number of seats, so verify those terms when signing up.

Business licensing lists personal/work vaults, admin management, sharing, SSO and SCIM. The included Family plan is explicitly limited to accounts with at least 10 paid business licenses; Enterprise is separately presented as tailored. Ask which deployment and support services your selected package includes.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Before rollout, inventory shared logins and name an owner for each. Test how sharing tiers and removal of access work for a departing employee, while keeping personal and company credentials separate.

Test password generation and filling on representative sites and devices. The source set includes direct browser/mobile generator evidence and a current iOS Safari update, but no real login or autofill was performed for this profile.

RoboForm describes policies, audit views and breach-linked alerts. Ask for a demonstration of the signals and export you need, and review the vendor security documentation for your own requirements; the profile does not independently verify protection outcomes.

This profile is based on current official public pages, including a retained older iOS action example and a newer iOS Safari update. No RoboForm account, credential, import, generator output, autofill, breach alert, quote, trial or payment was tested.
