RecurPost

What it does

RecurPost is a social content workspace for teams managing several brands or clients. A typical workflow starts with network-tailored post drafts, schedules them on a calendar, handles supported conversations in an inbox and reviews connected-account results. Agency users can also route one-off posts through formal client approval.

Who it is for

A solo creator or small business can use the entry plans for scheduling, recurring libraries and a limited number of connected accounts. These plans do not carry Agency’s client workspace and staged approval workflow.

An agency with many client accounts can separate workspaces, send one-off posts through client review and deliver branded reports. Count social accounts, users and publishing volume before assuming the displayed plan card fits the roster.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Publishing: plan and schedule posts across connected accounts from one calendar. Start with a source post, tailor each network’s copy or media, and check the platform-specific publishing mode for the formats your team uses.

Approvals: on Agency, a selected one-off post can move through formal review and client sign-off via a shareable link. Recurring library posts do not pass through those formal stages.

Analytics: review connected-account and post engagement with per-platform reports. Metric availability and history differ by network; branded scheduled client reports begin with Agency.

Pricing and getting started

Current self-serve plans offer a fourteen-day trial without a card. RecurPost says there is no permanent free plan; without payment after the trial, the account pauses instead of automatically charging.

Starter currently includes two social accounts and one user; Personal includes five and one; Agency includes twenty and three plus client workspaces, approvals and white-label reports. Enterprise is custom. Extra accounts and teammates are separate charges, and the checkout may add currency conversion and tax.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Recurring libraries are a distinctive fit for evergreen material: choose a recurring interval, a one-time library or a seasonal range. The formal staged approval path applies to one-off posts, so confirm your governance approach before placing reusable material in a library.

The social inbox covers Facebook Pages, Instagram Business profiles, LinkedIn Company Pages and Google Business Profile. Publishing reaches more networks than the inbox: X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads and Bluesky do not feed its reply queue.

Platform rules affect inbox work: Facebook replies have a time window, older Instagram comments are not fetched, and Instagram DMs require setup. Connect representative client accounts and test the exact interactions your team promises to handle.

Reports can show connected-account performance, but network metrics and retrieval windows vary. White-label scheduled delivery is listed with Agency; if X posting or reporting matters, check the current X Wallet charge in the quote.

This profile uses public RecurPost pages checked 15 October 2026. SoftwareExplained has not connected a social account, scheduled or approved a post, replied from an inbox, generated a report, started a trial or completed checkout.
