Qwilr

What it does

Qwilr turns a sales proposal into a shareable page with an interactive quote. A seller assembles the offer, presents pricing choices, watches engagement and can give the buyer a path to accept, sign and pay. It is most relevant when a team wants one traceable proposal flow in place of exchanging static files and separate payment links.

Find your fit

Who it is for

Sales teams, agencies and service firms that repeatedly tailor quotes are the clearest fit. A small team can start with templates and manual editing; larger teams should compare the automation, CRM and permission rights by plan before treating a demo workflow as available to every user.

Before setup, map one ordinary deal: source of the customer details, reusable proposal sections, pricing choices, who may change prices, who signs and when payment is due. That map makes the plan, seat count and payment configuration easier to test against a real process.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

The editor combines templates and reusable blocks into link-based proposal pages. A team can add richer material such as videos, pricing cards or calculators, then preview the buyer's reading path. Check that the template still leaves room for the specific scope and exceptions in each deal.

The quote block can display a conventional table or package-style options. It supports one-off and recurring amounts, different billing intervals, discounts and currencies. Build a fictional quote with the actual cost structure so optional items and recurring obligations are obvious to the buyer.

Qwilr describes generating quotes from CRM records rather than retyping every opportunity. Verify the intended connector and field mapping with fictional deal data before designing the handoff around it.

An Accept block lets a buyer approve the proposal, while the e-sign flow can collect signatures from more than one person and retain an audit trail. Confirm the exact agreement text and order of signers with a fictional buyer; Qwilr itself recommends country-specific legal advice on signature effectiveness.

QwilrPay can collect money inside the proposal, including upfront, partial or recurring charges. Account rules can set timing and instalments. Treat this as a separate rollout step: inspect which payment methods and terms apply to the intended country, then test the buyer path without using a real customer or charge.

Analytics show proposal opens and interaction with sections or pricing, and notifications can flag quote changes or signing events. This can guide follow-up, but a view is only an engagement signal; use the signed agreement and payment state for completion, not the open count alone.

Pricing and getting started

The viewed USD pricing lists Starter at $35 per user per month with annual billing or $49 when billed monthly. Growth starts at $55 with at least five users and Scale at $75 with at least ten; those two plans require annual billing paid upfront. Qwilr says Australian and New Zealand customers see AUD pricing, so check the account's country and displayed currency before budgeting.

Growth adds automations, Microsoft Dynamics and custom branding; Scale adds Salesforce, conditional content and team-level permissions. API-based document creation is offered across plans, but usage fees and included document credits vary. Compare the full expected document volume and required controls, rather than the per-user number alone.

QwilrPay costs sit beside the subscription. The viewed page lists Stripe gateway processing fees plus a Qwilr application fee, with a base 0.09 percent on Starter transactions and zero percent on Growth and Scale. Confirm current terms, payment method availability and the actual processor charges before enabling paid proposals.

The no-card Starter trial lasts 14 days. Qwilr says pages stay live for 30 days after it ends, but account access stops; a cancellation ends access and turns pages off at the end of the paid period. Added seats are prorated, while reductions wait until renewal. Export or otherwise preserve needed proposal records before a trial or subscription ends.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

For a low-risk pilot, create a fictional proposal with two pricing options, send it to an internal reviewer, change an option and inspect what the seller can observe. Run a separate fake acceptance and signer sequence before considering customer-facing use. Check that the final terms are unambiguous in both the interactive page and its downloadable record.

For rollout planning, count every seller who needs a seat, identify the exact CRM connector and whether generated documents incur usage fees. If payment is needed, verify processor and QwilrPay fees and the country-specific payment path. These checks matter more than a demo's appearance because they determine the working cost and buyer experience.
