Find your fit
Who it is for
A growing retailer or wholesaler with more than one sales channel can use Qoblex to receive purchases, hold stock by location and process sales orders in one record. It is particularly worth evaluating when manual stock edits across channels have started to conflict.
Teams that need ordering and warehouse controls can use reorder flags, transfers, receipts and the purchase-order matching check. They should test the exact inventory and accounting handoffs with their own item and supplier data.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Record supplier purchases on a purchase order. As goods arrive, authorize a goods receipt note to add the units to inventory; a bill and payment can follow. The close check compares what was ordered, received and billed before the order is finished.
Track stock at multiple locations and record transfers between them. The reorder report flags products at or below the threshold and can start draft purchase or transfer orders; creating a purchase order alone does not add stock.
Create a sales order manually, import it from CSV, or bring it from a connected channel. Qoblex then supports stock allocation, shipping, invoicing and payment against that order.
Process a return and a refund as separate documents. A returned item may need a stock receipt even when the refund timing differs; inspect the original shipment and invoice before authorizing either step.
For Shopify, choose which system owns inventory levels before enabling synchronization. When Qoblex pushes stock to Shopify, a manual quantity change made in Shopify can be overwritten by the next Qoblex update.
Use a small go-live sample: receive one permitted item, inspect its location balance, allocate an order and compare the resulting Shopify quantity. Repeat a transfer and return path if those workflows matter to the business.

Pricing and getting started
The current public pricing page displays USD Starter at $99 per month for up to 2,000 orders a year, two users and two locations. Business displays $179 per month, starts at 8,000 annual orders and lists unlimited users and locations. Scale requires a quote and is positioned above 60,000 annual orders.
Business order capacity increases in 8,000-order blocks at a displayed $20 per month per block. External connections such as a Shopify store or Xero account are counted individually at a listed $20 each per month on Starter and Business. Model the intended channel and accounting connections before comparing totals.
B2B storefront, lot/serial/expiry tracking, API access and mobile applications are paid options on Starter and Business; the public comparison lists them within Scale. Check which capabilities are actually included in the selected quote.
The public page offers a fully featured 14-day trial with no contract or card requirement. Business includes a one-hour kickoff; Starter and larger guided onboarding programs are separately priced. Confirm your plan and setup cost after testing real workflows.
Qoblex may bill through a connected Shopify store or, without one, through Stripe. Review that route before changing an integration or canceling, because removing the paying store can affect the subscription.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Before a channel cutover, decide which system is the stock source and map variants and locations. Turn on Qoblex-to-Shopify quantity pushes only after confirming starting balances; later direct Shopify stock edits can be overwritten.
Test a sample supplier order through receiving and billing. Qoblex’s three-way close check may expose mismatches, while draft reorder purchase orders still need actual receiving before stock becomes available.
Calculate annual orders, warehouse locations, connections and optional tracing/mobile/B2B rights together. A growing operation can exceed Starter’s limits or add monthly charges well before its base price looks high.
If you need help migrating, separate the included Business kickoff from paid onboarding. During the trial, compare a permitted receipt, transfer, order and return using representative data; do not assume a successful demo covers every channel or accounting mapping.
