Find your fit
Who it is for
The free plan suits a solo user testing a small recurring posting routine. A brand or agency with more accounts, collaborators or approvals should compare Professional and Business according to its actual team and connected profiles.
Publer also suits managers who plan a calendar and want to revisit individual posts for comments and results. The comment workflow starts from a published post, with network and role boundaries, so test it against the moderation work you actually do.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Social publishing. Schedule posts across supported platforms from a shared calendar and drag planned content to another date. Verify the exact post format and whether each connected channel publishes directly or needs a notification.
Comment management. An administrator can open supported published posts in the calendar, view comments and reply there. The vendor names specific supported networks; posts made outside Publer may need to be synced first.
Social analytics. Publer Analytics tracks engagement, reach and other post measures, with detailed reporting in Business. Use channel-specific figures to inspect activity, not as proof that a post caused sales.

Pricing and getting started
Free lasts indefinitely for one user and one workspace, up to three social accounts excluding X, ten queued scheduled posts per account and 25 saved drafts. Published-post history lasts 24 hours. The queue frees a slot after a scheduled post publishes or is deleted.
The vendor help lists Professional starting at $5 per month and Business at $10 per month, each for one social account and one included user. Paid totals change with additional accounts and members; the captured help text does not label the dollar currency. Use the current pricing selector for a real quote.
Professional adds unlimited scheduling and drafts, more workspaces and collaboration; Business adds advanced analytics, downloadable reports and advanced approval workflows. The vendor lists seven-day and 14-day trials for Professional and Business respectively.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
A free account is intentionally narrow: three accounts, ten scheduled posts queued per account, 24-hour post history and no X connection. Compare the actual social account mix before moving a production calendar.
The comment workflow is attached to published posts, and the help page requires an Admin role. Network support is specific, while posts published elsewhere must first be synced. Test the exact accounts and older posts you need to moderate.
Business is the documented home for advanced analytics and downloadable reports. If reporting matters, check its metrics for each network and the export needed by stakeholders.
Approval rules depend on member and account permissions. Try a submitted post, one decline and resubmission, and an approval before relying on client sign-off.
SoftwareExplained has not connected a Publer account, published a post, replied to a comment, run an approval or exported a report. The plan amounts and features are a 15 October 2026 public-source snapshot; checkout and account testing remain buyer steps.
