Who it is for

A team running a defined set of projects can start in Team: create tasks and dependencies, work in Gantt, List, Sheet, Board or Calendar, and use the project dashboard and essential reports to keep stakeholders current. Check the ten-user and twenty-project limits before choosing it for a growing team.

A manager coordinating several teams or portfolios has more reason to evaluate Business: its current pricing list adds workload planning, timesheets, budgets, portfolio dashboards and advanced reports, with no user limit and up to one hundred projects. Enterprise is a quote-led path for custom roles and larger needs.

Pricing and getting started

The current pricing page advertises a free 30-day trial with no credit card or user minimum. Monthly and annual billing are offered. Its static page capture did not include a numeric per-user amount, so confirm the selected seat count, billing period, currency and final price in the live pricing flow.

Team currently allows up to ten users and twenty projects. Business adds resource and portfolio tools; it lists no user limit and up to one hundred projects. Check any specific feature against the live edition comparison.

Enterprise requires a custom quote. Team lists free guest licenses, but those guests have read-only access to selected project information; test stakeholder visibility before inviting external users.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Task dependencies can be created in the Gantt or Sheet view with different link types and lead or lag. Inter-project links are available, but the help article says they do not enforce date changes between projects. Test a representative cross-project chain if automatic rescheduling matters.

Several views work from the same project information: Gantt for schedules, Board for movement, Sheet or List for detail, and Calendar for dates. Try the views your contributors will actually maintain before rolling out many projects.

The project dashboard updates as work changes, and reports can be downloaded as PDF, Excel or CSV. Decide which project status, costs and task details are appropriate to share before exporting or inviting guests.

The product can import projects and export project data. If replacing another tool, pilot one real project and inspect task assignments, dates and dependencies after import before migrating more work.

The vendor says custom or older editions may differ from the public plan table and may show features that are unavailable on the selected edition. Confirm required capabilities in the actual account or quote. No signup, import, task edit, report export or checkout was tested for this listing.
