Find your fit
Who it is for
An agency running multiple client projects can build one representative project with a task list, dates and a service budget, then compare planned bookings with time entries. This tests whether the wider operations model fits its actual work.
A consultancy or internal service team can use the project views, shared tasks and reports to coordinate delivery. Have an administrator and a client collaborator try their intended views before relying on access to time or budget information.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Task management. Assign project tasks to the responsible team members. Try a short task list with real owners.
Project planning. Set dependencies between project tasks, then check a small linked sequence for the intended order of work.
Project reporting. Track project progress, remaining budgets and work hours through the reporting views, then inspect the underlying entries before acting on the result.

Pricing and getting started
Essential includes project and task management, resource planning, budgets, time tracking and reporting. Professional adds advanced task and report features, approval functions and integrations. Ultimate adds further forecasting and administration tools through a contact-sales offer.
The current page offers a 14-day trial without a credit card. All plans require at least three seats. Invited clients do not add seat fees, while freelancers and contractors are billed like employees.
Subscriptions may be monthly or annual. The captured pricing page presents inconsistent numeric displays and does not label the dollar currency clearly, so this profile omits a fixed amount; confirm seat count, billing period and final checkout total.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
The project Resource Planning tab can show team availability and bookings, but its bookings relate to services on a linked budget or sales deal. Add a representative service before judging whether planning is usable for your workflow.
Budgets collect services, estimates, expenses and time entries; budget reports can show billable time, revenue, cost and profit measures. Check who can see these figures and how your team records time before trusting the resulting view.
The Gantt layout is listed for Professional and Ultimate. Tasks without due dates do not appear in it. Compare the plan and date setup with the simple task views you expect to use.
Client access differs by plan: Essential Client Collaborators can see projects and tasks but not time or budgets, while higher-plan Client Leads can see more financial and time detail. Productive says these role names apply to newer organizations; confirm the exact role in your account.
A project Reports tab may require permission to add or share. Trial access also changes when the 14 days end if no card is added. No project setup, task edit, booking, time entry, report, client invite, trial sign-up or checkout was tested for this listing.
