Plutio

What it does

Plutio is a workspace for freelancers and small client-service teams that combines project tasks with proposals, contracts, invoices and communication. A signed proposal can lead into a project template; work then moves through task views, time records and client-facing updates. This profile describes the public product and documentation as checked in October 2026; no account or payment flow was tested.

Who it is for

A solo consultant can manage a few active clients, prepare a proposal, start a project, keep tasks and conversations together, and invoice recorded time. Core is the plan aimed at that scale, with nine active clients and no extra contributors.

A small agency can assign tasks across contributors, reuse project templates, and show clients selected project information. Pro expands the client and contributor capacity; permissions and the client view should be checked with a real engagement.

Pricing and getting started

Plutio advertises a seven-day trial without a credit card. It offers monthly and yearly billing, with a discount for the yearly cycle. Confirm the checkout currency and final plan price before subscribing.

The stated core feature set spans projects, tasks, invoices, proposals, contracts, forms, time tracking, CRM and custom pages. Capacity is the main tier distinction: Core allows nine active clients without extra contributors; Pro removes that client limit and includes 30 contributors, with more available for a fee.

Max advertises unlimited contributors under a fair usage policy. White-label and single sign-on are tier or add-on decisions, so verify those entitlements and any limits in the intended plan.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

The project can display work as a list, timeline, Kanban board or calendar. Tasks carry assignees, due dates, comments, attachments, subtasks and time entries. Try one representative project to see whether those views and fields fit your team’s handoffs.

A proposal can create a templated project after client acceptance. Project templates and related documents, comments and conversations make this attractive for repeat client work; test the exact proposal-to-project setup before relying on it.

Dependencies constrain completion order, not automatically the start or due dates of later work. A completion prompt can offer to close unfinished prerequisites together, so test the approval behavior. Direct links are scoped to tasks in the same project or personal tasks, rather than cross-project scheduling.

Recorded time can feed invoice line items. Confirm rates, billable status and your payment processor in a trial before moving invoicing into the same workspace.

Clients receive a restricted workspace view controlled by permissions. Dashboards can also be shared through public view links without login; check visibility carefully before sharing client or financial data.

This review relied on current public Plutio pages and Help Center material. It did not verify trial signup, team permissions, dependency prompts, automations, actual invoice payment or checkout terms in an account.
