Find your fit

Who it is for

It suits a solo marketer managing one brand as well as agencies coordinating several client accounts. Each social set holds one account of each supported network type, so a second brand or a second account on the same network needs another set.

Pro adds unlimited scheduled posts, an inbox, queue scheduling and approvals for one user and one included set. Agency and Scale expand the included sets and team seats; client reviewers can approve through a shared calendar without taking a seat.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Publishing: prepare a post with media and captions, tailor supported options per network, then choose a time on the shared calendar. Paid plans can use queue slots and route drafts for approval.

Social inbox: reply to supported audience comments and manage messages, mentions and reviews within each brand set. The conversation types available differ by network, and the inbox requires a paid plan.

Analytics: view account trends and post engagement for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with report export and tier-dependent history and customization.

Pricing and getting started

Pallyy has a Free plan with one social set and 15 scheduled image posts per month. The public pricing page displays Pro at $25, Agency at $99 and Scale at $199 per month, with one, ten and thirty included sets respectively. It also advertises an annual billing option; confirm selected billing and currency at checkout.

Pro and Agency can add sets for $10 per month each; Agency can add users for $10 per month each, while larger Scale usage is quoted. A paid-plan trial runs 14 days and asks for card details; cancellation before its end avoids a charge.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

The Free plan is useful for limited image publishing and a shorter analytics history, but its 15-post monthly limit and lack of inbox rule it out for a full publishing-and-reply workflow. Pro or above is needed for the inbox, approvals and queue scheduling.

Publishing covers more networks than the inbox. The inbox receives selected interactions from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Business Profile; Pinterest, YouTube, X, Threads and Bluesky do not feed it. Check the exact conversation types your team needs.

Analytics is currently described for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn rather than every publishing network. Free has a shorter retention period, and custom reports are listed on Agency and Scale.

A social set contains one account per network type. Connecting another network account to an existing set is different from adding a second set, which may incur an add-on fee. Confirm the number of sets and team seats against your client roster.

SoftwareExplained reviewed official public pages on 15 October 2026 but has not connected an account, published a post, replied from the inbox, exported a report or completed checkout. Verify the current network permissions and final commercial terms in your own account.
