Find your fit
Who it is for
A merchant selling through several storefronts can use Inventory to synchronize stock and avoid reconciling each channel manually. Test one SKU across the actual connected channels and check how quickly updates and low-stock signals appear.
A company holding stock in several warehouses can manage location-specific balances and transfer inventory. Set up realistic warehouse names and receiving rules before importing the whole catalog.
A team assembling bundles may use the listed kitting tools in either paid Inventory tier. A buyer that also needs supplier purchase orders or manufacturing records should budget for Premium and verify the exact workflow in a demo.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Channel stock. Ordoro advertises real-time inventory synchronization across connected sales channels. It also exposes channel-level maximum export, percentage and reserved-quantity settings; test how those rules affect a product listed in two places.
Replenishment signals. Low-stock alerts can prompt a review of what to buy or transfer. Compare those alerts against your reorder points and supplier lead times before treating them as purchase decisions.
Multiple warehouses. Inventory accounts can track stock separately for physical locations. The paid Inventory plan summaries list warehouse transfers; pilot a receipt and transfer so staff know which location owns the quantity.
Kits and bundles. Both Advanced and Premium list kitting and bundling. Use a sample bundle to test whether component stock and sellable quantities reconcile as expected.
Purchasing on Premium. The current plan grid places purchase orders, bills of materials, manufacturing orders and stocktakes under Premium, not Advanced. The support guide describes supplier POs, line items and inventory receipt, but the team should confirm how this works in its selected plan.
Understand the offer
Pricing and getting started
The current Inventory plan page shows Advanced at $349 per month and Premium at $499 per month, each with a displayed allowance of 1,000 orders monthly. Premium adds purchase orders, bills of materials, manufacturing orders and stocktakes. Confirm currency, tax, billing terms and the live quote.
Ordoro says usage beyond 1,000 Inventory orders per month costs $100 per additional 1,000. Estimate seasonal order peaks, not only the average month, when comparing the displayed price.
Shipping and Dropshipping are separate apps; Ordoro invites buyers needing more than one app to ask for bundled pricing. The Inventory page advertises a 15-day no-card trial, which is suitable for testing channel and warehouse behavior before subscribing.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Map the needed workflow before choosing a tier. Stock synchronization, warehouse transfers and bundles appear in Advanced, while supplier POs and manufacturing records are shown in Premium. Do not infer that every item on the general feature page is included in Advanced.
Use a trial to run a small sample of product receipts, channel sales and a warehouse transfer. Compare Ordoro’s recorded quantities against the seller’s source systems, and test the low-stock warning before a full migration.
Clarify whether the business needs Ordoro Inventory alone or also separate Shipping or Dropshipping apps. Ask for the total bundle quote and model monthly orders against the overage rule.
