Nusii

What it does

Nusii helps service teams turn a proposal draft into a client decision. A user starts from a template or blank proposal, sets scope and pricing, sends it to one or more recipients, and tracks whether it was opened, viewed and accepted. It is run by Nusii Proposals S.L. in Spain.

Find your fit

Who it is for

It is aimed at consultants, agencies, professional service firms, home services and sales teams that repeatedly pitch scoped work. The useful fit is a team that wants a reusable proposal process with pricing choices and a browser acceptance step, rather than a document that ends with an emailed PDF.

The public workflow spans the proposal itself. Buyers needing CRM, payment collection or larger-team controls should check their plan and the connected systems they will use before moving a sales process into Nusii.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Creating a proposal begins with a client, title and optional expiry date. Users can select a supplied or blank template, then edit sections, save reusable material and choose a design theme. Build one representative proposal first to see whether the templates fit the team's actual scope and approval language.

A content library and variables help reuse standard wording while filling client details. That should reduce copy-and-paste work, but review every generated proposal before sending, especially names, prices, dates and terms inherited from a template.

Pricing sections can show fixed, recurring, per-unit and range amounts. Optional packages let the client select a package before accepting; optional line items let them add or remove individual services and see the total change. Test the final price and acceptance wording with a sample proposal.

Nusii supports an account currency and per-client currencies. A team serving multiple markets should confirm the displayed currency, taxes and rounding in a preview and downloaded copy before sending a binding quote.

Before sending, a user can preview the proposal, add recipients and decide who may sign. The proposal overview reports sending and viewing activity, which can inform follow-up. A buyer should check recipient permissions with a test address before sending customer material.

A recipient can accept and type or draw a signature in the browser. Nusii says the accepted proposal retains signature metadata including time, IP address, email and name. Whether that record meets legal or internal evidence requirements depends on the document and jurisdiction; review those needs before replacing an existing signing process.

All plans list PDF export. Nusii also offers a REST API and event webhooks, with API access stated for every plan. Test one export or required API handoff with realistic data before relying on it for archiving, CRM updates or invoicing.

Agency and Business list payment integration and automatic reminders. With Stripe connected, payment is requested after acceptance and must be enabled for each proposal; a team sending a proposal outside Nusii must update its status for the payment flow. Try a safe end-to-end example and account for Stripe's separate merchant terms.

Pricing and getting started

The current pricing display shows Freelancer at $29 per month for one user and five active proposals, Agency at $49 per month for three included users and 20 active proposals, and Business at $129 per month for five included users and 50+ active proposals. The page also displays yearly prices and additional user charges. Its dollar sign does not state a currency code, so confirm the checkout currency, tax and billing period.

All plans list templates, clients, PDF export, notifications and analytics. Payment integrations, CRM integrations and automatic reminders appear from Agency upward; Business adds permissions and multiple signatures.

The 14-day trial requires a credit card. Nusii says cancellation before it ends avoids a charge, offers monthly or yearly billing and advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee. Record the trial end date and read the refund and cancellation terms for the selected plan before entering billing details.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Use a real-world sample: start with a template, check client variables, offer one optional price, preview from the recipient side, and inspect the resulting PDF. This reveals whether the proposal's final scope and price are clear before customer delivery.

If signing matters, test who receives signing rights, how the acceptance record is retained, and whether the process meets the relevant legal and internal requirements. Nusii describes the signing flow, but public marketing language cannot establish legal sufficiency for every transaction.

For a larger sales operation, check active-proposal volume, seat counts and which paid tier unlocks reminders, payments, CRM connections or permissions. Do not build a process around Business versioning history until it is actually released.

For payment collection, connect a separate Stripe account, enable it on a sample proposal and verify the post-acceptance amount and status handoff. The payment feature belongs to Agency and Business, and should be evaluated with Stripe's own fees and terms.
