Find your fit
Who it is for
Teams coordinating several client or internal projects can keep assignments, shared documents and project conversations in one place. Run one actual project first to see whether the task views and roadmap fit existing handoffs.
Managers who need a cross-project view can use the Overview and reporting features to inspect milestones and status. Check the paid plan gate and the workspace permissions before promising stakeholders a particular dashboard.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Task management. Assign tasks to team members, then use My Work and the calendar or board-style views to find upcoming work and deadlines. Keep ownership and due dates current so the project stays readable.
Project planning. Add task dependencies and group task lists into roadmap milestones. A dependent milestone can block its tasks until the preceding one completes; test that behavior with a small example before structuring an entire project around it.
Project reporting. Nifty describes milestone progress as a rollup of task completion. An Overview can show project timelines and status, but its accuracy depends on the team recording task completion promptly.

Pricing and getting started
Free entry. The current Free tier is listed as free forever with unlimited members, two active projects and 100 MB storage. It may be sufficient to test the basic task-and-milestone method on a small project.
Paid plan shape. The pricing page offers per-member plans for smaller teams and flat plans as the team grows: it points under-seven-person teams to per-member pricing, Pro flat pricing for seven to ten, Business flat pricing for eleven to thirty, and Unlimited for larger teams. Billing selectors and seat count change the displayed total, so confirm the live checkout.
Feature gates. Pro adds time tracking and reporting, custom fields, automations, file proofing and cross-project overviews beyond Free. Business adds goals, workloads, roles and check-ins. Native Forms are listed in Unlimited. Choose the tier around required workflows rather than assuming every home-page feature is included in Free.
Trial. The FAQ currently offers a 14-day trial without a credit card. It says projects remain after expiry, while access pauses until a subscription is activated. Test the needed paid-tier workflow during the trial and record the seat and billing choices shown.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Roadmap discipline. Milestone progress is calculated from completed tasks. Define the task list and completion rule before sharing a roadmap, then check what happens when a late task is moved or reopened.
Shared context. Docs and project conversations can stay attached to the work they describe. Put a sample decision and specification alongside one task, then check that collaborators can find the latest version.
Request intake. Nifty markets forms that route client or teammate submissions into tasks, docs or messages, but Native Forms appear in its Unlimited plan. Verify that tier and the routing target before publishing a live client form.
Reporting access. Overview and cross-project features can expose several projects in one place. Test with a representative stakeholder account and confirm that reports include only intended data.
The vendor pages establish the named features and the captured plan structure, not account behavior or final prices. No automation, form, dashboard, trial signup or checkout was tested for this listing.
