Find your fit
Who it is for
It suits sales teams that already work in Gmail or Google Workspace and want contact history, deal stage and next steps near the messages they handle every day.
Teams that prefer a separate CRM workspace can use NetHunt’s web app for records, tasks and pipelines. Its web app does not show the Gmail inbox; the in-inbox view depends on the Chrome extension.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Keep a contact record next to an email. The Gmail view brings contacts, companies, deal history and tasks into the working area so a seller can inspect context before replying or updating a record.
Link correspondence to CRM records. Once automatic linking is configured, sent and received mail can attach to matching contacts using email address fields; test the rules with representative addresses and shared threads.
Track opportunities through a pipeline. NetHunt starts with preset deal stages that a team can change, then lets sellers add deals and move them as work advances.
Manage follow-up work. Tasks sit in the CRM, and eligible plans can run a status-triggered workflow that sends a sequence or stops after a reply or a subsequent stage change.

Pricing and getting started
The current pricing display lists Basic at $24 per user/month with annual billing or $30 with monthly billing. Basic includes leads, deals, multiple pipelines, tasks and Google Workspace integration.
Basic Plus displays $34 per user/month annually or $42 monthly and adds mass email campaigns. The current help page says Basic has no workflow automation; Business is the first listed plan with sales automation, so compare the exact outreach and workflow needs before choosing a tier.
NetHunt advertises a 14-day free trial. Its pricing FAQ says the workspace is locked after the trial until a subscription is selected, and monthly automation actions beyond a plan allowance can require a separate purchase.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Try a fictional contact and deal in the team’s actual Chrome/Gmail setup. Verify that the extension appears, the expected messages attach to the record and the seller can move the deal to the right stage.
If the team also needs a separate workspace, compare the web app with the Gmail view on the same sample records. The web app covers CRM data but does not include the inbox itself.
Test one representative status-triggered follow-up with a fictional record. Check the trigger, stop conditions and expected action count before budgeting for workflow use above the plan allowance.
Check the selected per-user billing term, campaign needs and trial-end timing. The Basic and Basic Plus amounts shown on the pricing page differ by monthly versus annual commitment, and the workspace locks when the trial ends without a plan.
