Who it is for

It suits social teams, agencies and businesses handling several profiles, especially when incoming comments and reviews need shared ownership. Standard focuses on publishing and measurement; Pro introduces manual inbox work, while Expert adds automatic moderation.

Plan selection also depends on team seats, social profiles and the volume of interactions pulled into the inbox each month. A buyer should size that allowance against actual conversation traffic, not just the number of accounts.

The work it supports

Core capabilities

Publisher: draft and schedule posts across supported networks, tailor content and see the schedule in a calendar. Team roles can route posts for approval before they publish.

Social Inbox: respond to supported comments, messages, reviews and mentions from a shared queue. Moderators can assign items, add internal notes and track whether work is open or done.

Analytics: track engagement, reach and other available profile measures, compare results and produce reports; the exact metrics differ across networks.

Understand the offer

Pricing and getting started

The vendor describes four plans: Standard for publishing, analytics and reports; Pro for manual Social Inbox work; Expert for automatic moderation; and customizable Enterprise. Pricing varies with the selected users, profiles and inbox capacity. The public page renders plan amounts interactively, so confirm the current amount and billing period in the vendor calculator or checkout.

A 14-day no-card trial starts on an Expert-style setup. Its use is limited to 30 publications, five users, ten profiles and up to 25,000 inbox interactions, with report restrictions. VAT can apply depending on location and buyer status.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Standard does not include the all-in-one Social Inbox described for Pro. If audience replies are central, compare Pro or higher; Expert is the tier that adds automatic answers and comment hiding or deletion.

Publishing and inbox coverage are not identical. The inbox help lists different interaction types by network: for example, TikTok comments are supported but TikTok DMs are not. Verify the exact connected account and ad-comment workflow you need.

Inbox capacity counts more than new direct messages: comments, reviews, mentions and earlier interactions pulled from a linked profile may contribute. Estimate monthly volume and check the capacity tier before buying.

Analytics starts gathering data once a profile is connected; older data is unavailable and a full monthly report takes time to build. Trial access also excludes own-data analytics and moderation reports, though sample or dummy reports may be viewable.

SoftwareExplained reviewed official public pages on 15 October 2026 but did not connect social profiles, publish content, answer a comment, create a report or complete checkout. Confirm current network permissions, calculator totals and applicable tax in your own account.
