Find your fit
Who it is for
It is designed for small and midsized manufacturers that need more than a stock list: recipes or BOMs, production schedules, purchase requirements and cost visibility. A team should map which staff need paid user seats and which advanced controls require Professional or Enterprise before choosing a plan.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Bills of materials define what a product needs and can have multiple levels. Manufacturing orders then show whether parts have been booked, ordered or are already in stock. Before trusting a production date, try one product with a short component, a substitute and an edited BOM to see how reservations and replanning behave.
A stock-lot booking reserves goods for a manufacturing or customer order, reducing the risk of allocating the same material twice. The manual describes FIFO selection by default, FEFO when expiry dates are used, and manual lot selection. Distinguish a reserved lot from material physically picked or consumed in the shop.
The procurement view tracks purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors. Reports generated from stock and order data identify missing components and low inventory; an order-booking workflow can create POs for missing parts. Have a buyer review supplier, quantity, price and delivery date before anything is sent.
Opening inventory can be entered manually or imported from CSV with quantities and costs. The inventory view also distinguishes work in progress for materials consumed by unfinished orders. Reconcile a pilot import with physical counts and accounting balances, paying attention to warehouse locations and prior reservations.
Stock lots support batch and serial traceability. For an operation that needs a lot trail, test one received component, its booking to a manufacturing order, actual consumption and finished-product record. Confirm the edition and data-capture rules before assuming the records satisfy an audit.

Pricing and getting started
The pricing page presents Starter, Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited editions and charges per user per month, with bundles for additional seats after the first ten. It offers monthly or annual billing, with the annual option advertised as one month free. The interactive amount depends on plan, seat count, term and currency, so obtain a current configured quote rather than applying a single headline rate.
MRPeasy advertises a 15 + 15 day free trial with access to the full feature set. The second period's conditions and the move to a paid edition should be confirmed before testing. Learning materials are included; advanced video support and external consultant work have separate arrangements.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
For a contained pilot, import a few items and starting lots, create one multi-level BOM, schedule a manufacturing order, inspect missing-parts reports and prepare—but do not send—a purchase order. Record a partial component receipt and compare the booked, available and WIP quantities. This catches unit, timing and allocation issues before live rollout.
Check the plan matrix for expiry dates, serials, barcodes, multiple sites, approvals and forecasting if those matter. Price the actual number of staff and the selected billing term, then document support and trial conversion. For regulated work, separately test the lot trail and required record retention.
