Find your fit
Who it is for
The product is built around 18 trades: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, locksmiths, landscaping, pest control, pools and hot tubs, house cleaning, roofing, flooring, windows, concrete and masonry, painting, renovations, moving, home building and solar. These span call-outs and repairs, recurring maintenance, estimates and installations, and larger specialty jobs.
It suits a service business that wants the office and field team working from the same customer and job records. The office view brings together visits, replies, quotations, money owed and jobs ready to invoice. Crew members see their own visits and the customers they have worked for; Full Suite offers additional control over what they can see.
The office and crew use a web browser on a phone, iPad or computer. The mobile web app can be added to the home screen, and each crew member can choose English or Spanish for screens and notifications. Check the actual devices and browser behavior your team intends to use.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Website estimates and inquiries. Build an estimator from your own services, packages and prices, then embed it in a website or share its link. Visitors answer questions, can attach up to ten photos, see a price or range and send the request. The answers, photos and displayed price arrive in Inquiries; Make a quote turns the request into a draft that is not sent until you send it. Prices require Full Suite; on Free the same widget works as a quote-request form without prices.
Online booking. Customers select a service, day and arrival window from offered availability. Times account for working hours, time off and 30 minutes of travel between visits, with ZIP/postal-code service areas and closed dates. Bookings arrive unassigned. Except for services configured to book directly, the time remains Requested until the office confirms, suggests another time or declines; a request waiting two working hours triggers an office reminder. Online booking is on Full Suite.
Quotes, options and approval. Start from a quote template, offer up to three options with add-ons, attach job photos and request a deposit. The customer picks an option and approves online; the office then gets an email and a task to schedule the work. Check a fictional option-and-deposit example before adopting the workflow for a real quote.
Calendar and dispatch. The office sees visits day by day and work waiting for a time or person. Full Suite adds the week-by-person view with drag-between-person assignment, repeat work and rain-day handling. Visit status progresses through Scheduled, En route, In progress and Completed as the crew works.
The field visit. Today shows the crew’s visits in order, with directions, contact buttons, notes and site details. Staff can send an on-my-way update, start and complete a visit, tick checklists, take before/during/after photos, add materials and record expenses with receipt photos. After the final visit, staff can send the invoice from the phone if permitted; otherwise the office is told it is ready.
Time and job profit. Starting and completing visits records time, and crew members can see their weekly hours. Full Suite supplies office timesheets, job costing and job-profit tools. Before rollout, compare time recorded, material costs and the invoice on a fictional job rather than assuming an operational timer determines what the customer is billed.
Invoices, change orders and stage billing. The office can prepare invoices from finished work, issue them in a batch and add late fees. Change orders can be sent for customer approval, and larger jobs can be billed in stages; the final invoice deducts what has already been billed. Check the stage totals and approval record on a sample job.
Customer payments. Through its own Stripe account, the business accepts invoice and deposit payments by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Saved cards and autopay work across plans; the stated schedule charges on the due date with one retry three days later. Optional bank payments are ACH in the US and pre-authorized debit in Canada, with clearing time shown separately. Invoice tips can be enabled at 10%, 15% or 20%, with no MightyCrews fee on tips.
Memberships and maintenance plans. Full Suite supports monthly or yearly plans, included visits, member discounts and other stated perks. Renewal invoices and saved-card charges run on the plan’s schedule; yearly members receive a reminder 14 days before renewal. The office sees visits used and still owed, and discounts apply to invoices. Check a member’s visit allowance, discount and next renewal together.
Google review requests. Full Suite sends review requests by email; Plus can send by text when the customer can receive texts, with email fallback. The business selects a one-, two-, four- or 24-hour delay after a finished job. Requests are skipped for recent recipients and opt-outs, and recurring-service jobs are not asked automatically. Activity includes opens, clicks through to Google and matched reviews. These are different measures, not a guarantee that a request produces a review.
Portal and messages. Customers sign in with a code to see visits, quotes and invoices, write to the business and ask for changes. Email confirmations and on-my-way notices are available across plans; Full Suite Plus adds customer texting and two-way messages. Crew members also have a conversation with the office. Check the intended recipient and permissions before using real customer information.
Pricebook and online store. Services and materials sit in one pricebook with prices, costs, margins, photos and packages. Mark eligible items or services Sell online to offer them in a hosted store or website widget. Customers pay up front and choose pickup or a later visit; orders receive paid invoices and match customer records where an email or mobile matches. The store is included on Free; the feature page excludes labor from online sale.
Reports and connected records. Money-owed and payment views are available on Free. Full Suite adds every report, a report builder, role controls and QuickBooks Online sync. The Privacy Policy identifies customers, items, invoices and payments as information exchanged with the connected QuickBooks company. Optional writing help sends only the requested text when enabled; review suggestions before using them.

Pricing and getting started
Free has no time limit or card requirement and allows unlimited office and field staff. The published offer includes quotes, jobs, invoices, online card payments and deposits, tips, the portal, saved cards/autopay, the store, quote options, basic calendar, photos, notes and email. An online estimator remains a request form without prices on this plan. During the first 30 days of card payments, Free has a stated $5,000 online-collection limit; it lifts after that or when moving to a paid plan.
Full Suite is $10 per field worker per month and adds estimator prices, email review requests, online booking, memberships, reminders, repeat work, dispatch by person, timesheets, job costing, reports, role controls and QuickBooks sync. Full Suite Plus is $25 per field worker per month and adds customer texting, with a one-time $45 texting activation charge. Prices are stated in USD or CAD according to the business’s country, with applicable taxes added.
Paid plans count anyone booked on visits or tracking time on jobs, including an owner who works in the field. Owners, dispatchers, office staff and bookkeepers working in office roles are free. New businesses receive a 30-day Full Suite trial without a card; if no paid plan is chosen, the Terms say the account continues on Free. Check the headcount and features for the plan you will keep after the trial.
Paid plans bill monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. The next bill reflects changes in field-worker count. The Terms allow plan changes or cancellation in Settings; paid access continues to the end of the paid period, without partial-month refunds except where required by law. Unresolved failed plan payments move the account to Free after seven days.
Payment processing is additional to the subscription. MightyCrews charges 0.5% on online payments, capped at $99 per calendar month in the business’s currency; Stripe’s own processing charges and payout schedule are separate. MightyCrews returns the matching share of its fee when a payment is refunded and takes no platform fee on tips. Confirm current country, payment-method and international-card fees with Stripe rather than treating a headline card rate as universal.
Plus texting requires carrier setup for the business number, which the pricing page says can take a few days. The stated use is work-related customer communication, with a fair-use pause at three times the published level rather than automatic per-text overage charges. Review the current texting terms and consent requirements before importing numbers or sending messages.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Launch-stage sources. This profile was checked on October 29, 2026 against public legal pages and an owner-authorized prelaunch copy of the vendor’s full website. Public feature links may still show Coming soon until launch. This is a source-based owned-product profile, not an independent customer rating or a claim of hands-on product testing.
Requested is not assigned and confirmed. Unless a service books directly, someone in the office still needs to answer the request and choose who goes. Try a fictional booking at the edge of working hours and the service area, then check the held time, assigned person and customer notice before opening online booking to customers.
Offline viewing has a boundary. Today’s visits stay available on the phone, but the crew page expressly shows a notice when changes cannot yet be saved. Check the device with weak signal and confirm how staff return to saved work; do not assume full offline job editing or completed synchronization.
The native phone app, Tap to Pay and Xero sync are planned, not current capabilities in this profile. The pricing page labels them coming soon and gives November 2026 for Xero. Choose based on the browser workflow and current integrations you can confirm, not a future release date.
Check membership end states. Cancellation ends the membership after the paid period, without an automatic refund. A membership can be paused for up to three months once a year, with neither charges nor perks while paused. The page says perks pause after an invoice is 14 days overdue and the membership ends after 60 days unpaid; confirm the next visit and discount as well as the payment status.
Switch in a small sample first. The Jobber and Housecall Pro switching pages describe customers, pricebook, unpaid invoices, eight weeks of upcoming visits and past jobs, with a seven-day undo. Photos, attachments, signatures and old payments remain outside those exports. Keep the old system until records and balances reconcile, and download needed history before cancellation. The vendor also offers setup from supplied files within one business day; do not email sensitive customer exports without considering the transfer method.
Review requests are invitations. The review page says everyone goes to the same Google review link, whatever they thought of the work. Respect opt-outs, the 90-day interval and the recurring-service exception. Opens, clicks and matched reviews are separate observations; no review count or star rating is promised here.
Data location and exit. The published Privacy Policy says MightyCrews is run from Canada, with information on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Support access requires the owner’s permission and is recorded. Both legal pages describe 90 days of read-only/export access after cancelling a paid plan or closing the account, reminders at 60 and 85 days and later deletion except tax/accounting records. Clarify how this relates to continuing on Free and keep an export appropriate for your records.
Compare complete workflows. If you need live crew GPS, route optimization, stock-level inventory, financing or a particular integration, ask about that exact need rather than inferring it from a map, materials list or the phrase all in one. Evaluate Jobber and Housecall Pro from their own current documentation before comparing competitor pricing or plan limits.
Support is by email at support@mightycrews.com; the contact page states a reply within one business day. Before a full migration, ask the questions that matter to your trade and confirm permissions, payment setup, exports and any workflow that remains unclear from the published material.
