Who it is for
A solo service provider can make separate meeting types for consultations, follow-ups and longer appointments. Test the booking link, availability window and notification copy with a non-customer sample booking before sharing it widely.
A team that shares inbound appointments can use a single rotating booking link when the plan includes round robin. Check host availability and assignment history with a few sample bookings; the feature is shown in Suite rather than Free or Light.
A business taking deposits or charging for appointments can connect a payment provider on an eligible plan. Verify currency, taxes, processor fees, refund rules and what happens when payment fails before publishing a paid booking link.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Booking page. A meeting type bundles its duration, venue, availability and other settings into a reusable link. Create a representative appointment and check that the booking page shows only the intended times and questions.
Calendar connection. meetergo can read events from connected calendars to block unavailable times and write new bookings to one chosen calendar. A second connected calendar may be used only for conflict checking; confirm the read and write direction for every connection.
Reminders and follow-ups. On Light and higher, a meeting type can send a reminder or a workflow can manage messages around bookings. Check both settings: enabling the same reminder in each place can send two emails.
Team routing. A round-robin link shows combined host availability and assigns an eligible host. Use the assignment history when an appointment lands with someone unexpected, and verify that the subscription includes the required team controls.
Paid appointments. A Stripe connection can require payment during booking for selected meeting types. The vendor also describes PayPal as a separate option; test the exact payment and confirmation path with the intended provider.

Pricing and getting started
The continuing Free plan currently shows three meeting types, unlimited bookings and one connected calendar per user. It is a practical place to validate a simple link, but check the plan grid before depending on reminders, several calendars or team routing.
Light lists unlimited meeting types, up to three automated workflows and booking payments. The current page offers a seven-day Light trial without a credit card; verify the offered terms and processor costs in the account before using a paid booking page.
Suite adds round robin, host selection and lead routing; Premium lists CRM account-owner matching. The pricing page has a currency switch and a first-year promotional display, so compare the actual billing currency, renewal rate, seats and tier entitlements at checkout.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Make one test booking while watching every connected calendar. Confirm that busy events block the slot, that the new booking appears only on the chosen write target, and that cancellations follow the intended route.
For reminder-heavy workflows, check both meeting-type notifications and automations. They can both fire for the same event, and SMS may use separate credits; use a test recipient before enabling customer reminders.
Treat the broader suite and scheduling tier as separate buying questions. Start with the meeting types, calendars, reminders, team routing and payments you actually need, then compare those entitlements against the quoted plan. No real account, booking, message, payment or refund was tested in this research.
