Mailmodo

What it does

Mailmodo is an email-marketing platform for designing and sending campaigns, building segmented audiences, and running triggered email journeys. Its distinguishing workflow is an interactive AMP email: recipients on supported clients can act on an embedded form inside the message. The sender should also prepare an HTML fallback for clients where AMP does not render.

Who it is for

A marketer collecting feedback can choose a campaign template, add an in-email form, configure its fields and submission behavior, then test both AMP and HTML versions before sending. The same editor supports simple and advanced forms; how the final email works depends on the recipient’s client and sender approval.

A lifecycle team can organize contacts into static or dynamically updating segments and start a journey when someone joins or leaves a segment. A signup journey can send a welcome campaign, wait and follow up; each real send draws from the account’s email-credit allowance.

Pricing and getting started

Mailmodo presents Lite, Pro and custom Max subscription tiers that scale with contact count and sending credits. At the pricing page’s 500-contact annual setting, Lite lists 2,000 email credits, one active journey and one team member; Pro lists 3,000 credits, ten active journeys and three team members. These are dated examples, not a promise for another contact tier or billing setting.

A sent campaign, journey message or transactional email consumes a credit; test sends do not. Mailmodo says sends beyond the allocated credits can incur overage charges. The public page offers a free tryout, but current materials do not establish a permanent Free plan. Confirm the contact tier, sending allowance, overage handling, term and checkout amount before committing.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

AMP interactivity is conditional. Confirm sender approval and test with the email clients your audience actually uses. Prepare and inspect HTML fallback; unsupported clients, recipient settings or delivery conditions can change what a recipient sees.

Choose static segments for a fixed audience snapshot and dynamic segments for contacts that should enter or leave as their data changes. Check trigger and journey limits on the chosen tier before publishing a sequence.

Research scope: official public pages were checked October 15, 2026. No account, sender-domain approval, email-client rendering, form response, send, journey, trial signup or checkout was tested.
