Find your fit
Who it is for
It fits a brand team or agency coordinating posts across multiple accounts, especially when clients or other reviewers need a defined approval step. Separate calendars, role permissions and private internal comments help keep each brand review organized.
It also serves a social manager who wants routine engagement and reporting beside publishing. The Interactions Dashboard supports reply and assignment work, while reports can be exported for team review.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Social publishing. Schedule Facebook posts ahead of time and move planned posts in Calendar View. Loomly describes a broader connected-channel publishing workflow, but test the exact post formats and channels needed before relying on automatic publishing.
Comment management. The Interactions Dashboard lets a team respond to supported comments, messages and replies, with saved replies and assignee triage. Confirm the actual channel and conversation types in a trial.
Social analytics. Review post performance and engagement in Loomly and export PDF or CSV reports. The reports show activity in connected accounts; they do not by themselves establish business outcomes.

Pricing and getting started
The published lineup is Starter, Beyond and custom-price Enterprise. Starter includes 12 social accounts and three users; Beyond lists 60 social accounts and unlimited users. Both list unlimited calendars.
At the time of research, Starter displayed $65 per month billed monthly or $49 per month billed yearly ($588 upfront). Beyond displayed $332 or $249 respectively ($2,988 yearly). The page does not specify the dollar currency in retained text, and sales tax may depend on billing address. Verify the current checkout before budgeting.
The pricing page advertises a free trial without a credit card but does not state a duration in the captured text. Monthly subscribers can stop after the paid month; the annual term is prepaid for 12 months and the published terms do not allow early termination.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
The approval step needs deliberate roles. Loomly supports client and teammate access, private internal comments and multi-tier workflows; decide who can submit, review and publish for each calendar.
The vendor says Starter provides Advanced Analytics after five posts are scheduled. Teams that need reporting on day one should verify this condition and the required measures in a trial.
The social inbox centralizes supported interactions, but network permissions and APIs can affect which messages are visible and which replies are possible. Connect representative accounts and check the actual workflow.
Account limits, seat count and billing period drive the spend. Compare the current regional checkout and tax treatment with the team’s actual accounts and collaborators.
SoftwareExplained has not operated a Loomly account, published a post, answered a comment or exported a report. A focused trial should route a post through approval, schedule it to a needed network, handle one interaction and compare the resulting report with the native channel.
