Find your fit
Who it is for
The vendor positions Kylas for growing sales teams that want configurable processes and shared records. It is most relevant when several people need to divide incoming leads, keep follow-ups visible and see deal progress without maintaining separate spreadsheets.
Teams with more than one product line or sales motion can use separate pipelines and custom stages. A buyer should map one actual sales process before adding many stages; the value comes from consistent use of ownership and follow-up history.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Create a source for incoming inquiries. Kylas describes embeddable website forms and capture from sources such as Google, Facebook, IndiaMart and Justdial. Check the particular connector and field mapping for your market rather than assuming every lead source is automatic.
Route a new lead to a sales representative. The lead page describes round-robin assignment, while filters and record history help the owner see the source and prior activity. Test duplicate handling and reassignment with fictional records before connecting live forms.
Use a lead pipeline to show where a prospect stands. Kylas supports customizable stages, and its pipeline page describes a visual deal view. Make stage definitions concrete so an inquiry, qualified opportunity and closed outcome are not treated as the same thing.
Qualify a lead into a deal, contact or company when the relationship is ready. The vendor describes conversion mapping to move selected lead fields into the destination record. A short sample conversion should confirm that owner, source and notes retain the expected meaning.
If the business sells through distinct teams, territories or offerings, create separate pipelines rather than mixing unrelated steps. The vendor describes multiple pipelines, while stage-triggered task, reminder and ownership actions can support the handoff between stages.
A deal can hold value, expected closure date, linked contacts and activity history. These fields help a manager inspect an opportunity in context; they do not make a forecast certain, so check the underlying stage and next action before relying on a report.
Kylas advertises custom reports and dashboards built from CRM data, with downloadable output. Agree on a few useful measures, such as lead source, aging and open deal value, then verify that the team enters the fields required for those reports.
The quotation feature can create, edit, download and send a quotation from CRM information. Buyers who need a quote-to-order process should test product details, approval and tax handling separately; the feature page alone does not prove an end-to-end accounting workflow.

Pricing and getting started
The current pricing page presents Embark as a Free edition with unlimited users. Its record allowance is unresolved: the top card says 10,000 non-expandable records, while the detailed comparison says 1,000. Confirm the operative limit in the account or with Kylas before importing data.
Elevate is displayed as a flat monthly paid offer with quarterly, half-yearly and annual plan choices and a seven-day trial without card details. The captured static card does not show its numeric base amount, so obtain a current region-specific quote or checkout total instead of relying on an older comparison figure.
Exceed is presented as a custom plan built on Elevate with selected add-ons. The page separately lists INR-priced options for items such as more records, workflows and storage. Confirm which capacities and services are included in the selected region and term.
Record accounting matters even with unlimited users. The pricing page counts leads, deals, contacts, companies and several activities or messages toward record capacity. It shows Elevate at 100,000 expandable records; confirm the precise expansion cost and how old or deleted records are counted.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Start with a fictional inquiry through one lead source, then trace assignment, stage changes, conversion and the resulting deal. This shows whether source attribution, field mapping and ownership behave as the team expects.
Keep automation scoped to a tested process. Stage changes can trigger tasks, reminders or reassignment, so verify who receives each action before applying rules to many live opportunities.
Resolve the Free-record discrepancy and the missing static Elevate price before budgeting a migration. Record counts include more than leads, and the available add-on page uses INR, so compare the selected currency, term, record allowance and total cost in writing.
If quotations and dashboards are decision-critical, test them on sample deals. Confirm the fields and permissions needed for the report or quote and check the generated document before sending anything to customers.
