Find your fit
Who it is for
It is a practical fit for a team or agency whose social posts need a clear sign-off before going live. Internal reviewers can be managers or admins; clients can approve a post or return it for rework with feedback.
Teams managing several connected profiles can group content in one calendar. The Standard plan is the current starting point for client and external approvals, while Starter focuses on internal review.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Publishing: create, plan and schedule posts for connected social profiles. The calendar gives reviewers a view of upcoming work; confirm the exact network, account type and format you need for direct publishing.
Social post approvals: send a selected post to a client for review; the client can approve it or request rework with feedback. Client and external approval begin with Standard on the current pricing page, while Starter lists internal approval.
Social analytics: inspect post and page performance for supported Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages. Analytics is included in Pro and offered as an add-on for Starter and Standard; verify the module and report scope in your actual plan.

Pricing and getting started
Kontentino offers a fourteen-day trial without entering a card. The account expires without a paid plan at the end; access to the social calendar then requires renewal or support contact.
Current plan cards show Starter, Standard, Pro and custom Enterprise. Starter includes ten social profiles and internal approvals; Standard lists forty profiles plus client approvals, tasks and notes; Pro includes Analytics. User seats, add-ons, currency, billing term and tax affect the final quote.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Internal review lets an administrator or manager sign off on a post. A teammate can receive a post task with instructions and an urgency flag.
External links can share a post outside the workspace. Count client reviewers when estimating seats: Kontentino says every role counts toward the final user total, even when clients use invitations rather than ordinary registration.
For Instagram, test the publishing format you actually use. Kontentino distinguishes direct and manual methods, requires a Business profile for its API connection, and directs creators to the manual path for native Story effects.
Analytics coverage is narrower than the list of networks mentioned for publishing, and lower plans may require an add-on. Run a sample report with your own connected accounts before promising a specific metric or competitor comparison.
