Find your fit
Who it is for
Kickserv is positioned for small service businesses. Its published Start, Run and Scale packages include different user counts, making the mix of office staff and field technicians a useful starting point for comparing plans.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Schedule field work with calendar views and a one-click scheduling workflow. Use that view to organize jobs and appointments, then check the tools your technicians need in the mobile app.
Create estimates and send them to a customer by text. The feature supports communicating the proposed work; a sent estimate should not be confused with a guaranteed approval or a completed sale.
Send invoices directly to customers by text or email. Kickserv connects invoice delivery with its payment workflow, while collection timing and processing costs still need to be assessed for your business.

Pricing and getting started
Kickserv offers a thirty-day trial of Start. The pricing page lists five users for Start, ten for Run and twenty for Scale. Headline prices shown on the homepage are explicitly described as annual-plan prices, so check the billing choice before using them in a monthly budget.

Before you choose
Treat Kickserv Kickback as a conditional discount. It depends on meeting the required online payment volume; the vendor says the monthly minimum is multiplied by twelve for annual plans. Do not assume the discount applies before checking those requirements.
Review accounting integration costs in the selected plan. The Run pricing card lists QuickBooks Desktop at an additional $50 per month, so the presence of an integration name does not establish that it is included at no extra charge.
