Find your fit
Who it is for
A small retailer can start with a theme, add physical products and track stock, then configure shipping for the places it serves. A merchant selling files should inspect the separate digital-product path and the plan that includes it.
A business selling from both its site and social accounts may want a shared catalog. Jumpseller describes a Facebook and Instagram channel, but setup needs a custom domain and a connected Meta catalog, so channel availability should be checked for the merchant’s market.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Begin with a storefront theme and use the visual editor to adjust layout, colors and type. Preview the result on desktop and phone before adding a large catalog; the chosen theme still determines parts of the presentation.
Product setup starts with a name and price, then images and a category. Build one representative item first so its page, navigation and checkout display can be checked before importing the rest of the catalog.
For physical goods, choose whether stock is tracked or treated as unlimited. If a product has sizes or colors, variants can carry their own prices and inventory. Test a representative variant to see whether the displayed price and stock match the item that will ship.
Digital goods use a different product path: the merchant uploads a file and physical shipping is not applied. Check delivery and access with a harmless sample file before selling a real download.
The Facebook and Instagram channel can synchronize store products to a Meta catalog. That is a separate integration rather than the core storefront, and it requires a custom domain. Review the catalog diagnostics and local commerce eligibility before relying on a social listing.
A store can connect to global or local payment gateways. The merchant needs to select a provider that supports its country and preferred methods; gateway onboarding, settlement and provider charges should be checked separately from Jumpseller’s store plan.
Shipping options include free shipping, flat rates, pay-on-delivery, external rates and tables based on location, weight or order value. Use a fictional cart at the edge of each shipping zone to catch a missing rate or an unintended free-delivery rule.
The order list exposes payment and fulfillment status as separate fields alongside customer, method and total. This lets staff filter pending work, but a new or Pending order should not be mistaken for a confirmed payment.
The order guide distinguishes Abandoned, Open, Pending, Paid and Canceled payment states. Pending means the gateway has not yet confirmed payment. Confirm that status before packing a physical order or releasing a digital file.
Order details include line items, shipping, discounts and tax where applicable. The merchant can create manual fulfillment or use an integrated fulfillment path, then follow the fulfillment status and order history. Test partial and delivered states if shipments may be split.

Pricing and getting started
The current pricing page compares Basic, Plus, Pro, Premium and Advanced and lets visitors switch between monthly and yearly billing. Its dollar figures are a viewed display, not a guaranteed regional quote; confirm the selected plan, currency, tax and renewal term in checkout.
Plan rights differ. The comparison marks digital product creation, abandoned-cart recovery, customer login and manual orders as unavailable in some lower tiers. Match the exact tier to the features the store will use rather than assuming every item on the feature tour is included.
Jumpseller states that it takes no platform transaction fee, while the selected payment gateway can still charge its own rate. Price the full transaction using the gateway’s current terms, plus any shipping or app costs relevant to the store.
The viewed public offer includes a seven-day trial without a card. The pricing FAQ says a store without a subscription is blocked when that trial ends. Prepare a sample catalog and decide on the required tier before relying on the trial store for live sales.
The FAQ says annual Plus, Pro or Premium subscriptions may include a custom domain subject to conditions; an existing domain can be connected. Confirm the current domain eligibility and renewal cost, especially if a social sales channel is part of the plan.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Create a fictional product with a variant and a small stock count. Preview its page and cart, then check whether product option, price and inventory stay aligned before importing the real catalog.
Run a no-charge checkout test across the shipping zones and inspect the resulting order states. A Pending gateway response, a Paid order and a fulfilled shipment represent different steps; staff should know which one triggers packing.
If sales channels matter, verify the domain and Meta catalog setup with one sample product before committing to a broad sync. Do not assume every product type or market is eligible merely because the channel is listed.
Before subscribing, compare the tier’s feature exclusions, payment-provider fees, domain conditions and trial expiry. Resolve the buyer’s currency and billing term in the actual checkout.
