Find your fit
Who it is for
A recruiter managing several open positions can work from centralized applicant histories, configure stages and use automated reminders. Review each stage and permission with a fictional candidate before importing real resumes.
A hiring manager can review interview schedules, submit structured feedback and coordinate with recruiters through the hiring-team tools. The organization should agree on its evaluation criteria before opening the workflow to interviewers.
A talent acquisition team that also nurtures people before a role opens can consider Career Sites, Recruitment Marketing and Source & CRM. Those tools add brand pages, talent segments and outreach; they should be priced and permissioned separately from the ATS.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Store applications and prior interactions in a centralized candidate profile. Configurable workflows, dashboards and feedback help the team see who is waiting for review and what the next hiring step is.
Automate repetitive sourcing and reminder work, then check the resulting messages and stage changes on a sample requisition. Automation can reduce manual handling only when the triggers and candidate communications fit the employer’s process.
Smart Self-Scheduling proposes interview times from interviewer availability and can schedule a matching candidate response. The hiring-team app adds schedule alerts and in-app coordination for time-sensitive interviews.
Interview kits and evaluation forms collect feedback in the candidate profile. Set scoring criteria and access rules so feedback is consistent and visible only to the right reviewers.
A branded Career Site can publish roles, searchable openings and employer content. Recruitment Marketing broadens this to landing pages, job distribution and email/SMS campaigns that bring people into the candidate pipeline. Confirm those modules are part of the purchase.
Source & CRM can segment talent pools and support targeted outreach to past or prospective candidates. Before sending messages, decide which records can be contacted, where consent is stored and how opt-outs are respected.
Analytics dashboards and reports can show candidate flow and where people leave the hiring process. Compare the figures with actual requisition and source data before changing recruiting spend or evaluating a team member.
The optional Onboarding module provides workflows, forms, welcome pages and I-9/E-Verify support. A legal or HR owner should verify the configuration for each hiring location rather than treating the vendor’s feature description as compliance advice.
The optional AI Interview Companion supports structured interviews and feedback flow. Keep interviewers responsible for assessment, tell candidates how interviews are handled, and check the employer’s AI and recording policies before use.

Pricing and getting started
Jobvite’s pricing page describes a modular purchase: begin with the core ATS and add Onboarding, AI Companion or recruitment marketing when needed. Features shown across the public site should not be assumed to be in the base order.
Pricing is quote-led; the public page asks for the hiring need and offers a tailored plan instead of a fixed subscription amount. Request an itemized proposal that names ATS seats or scope, selected modules, implementation, support and contract term.
The vendor lists connections to HRIS, payroll, background-check and assessment tools, but the pricing FAQ does not give connector-level entitlements or fees. Ask for each required integration, data flow, setup responsibility and any separate charge in writing.
Look a little closer
Before you choose
Before migrating applicant data, define roles, retention periods, deletion/anonymization requests and ownership of candidate communications. Jobvite provides controls, but the employer must configure them and honor its local privacy obligations.
Pilot one role with a fictional candidate through application, screen, interview scheduling, feedback and final status. This reveals where manager access, reminders and handoffs need adjustment without using a real applicant.
Compare the quoted modules with the actual buying goals. If career pages, CRM outreach, onboarding or AI interviews matter, ask the vendor to show each in the proposed configuration and clarify consent, recording and human review.
