A solo operator can start on Free or Starter for scheduling and basic analytics. Free has a small profile/post allowance and blocks reports, listening and the inbox; Starter adds custom dashboards and a longer history window.
A brand or agency managing several profiles may value Launch for scheduled reports and the inbox, or Scale for three users, approval, campaign dashboards and listening. Choose based on profiles, users, report history and channel-specific inbox needs rather than the entry price alone.

Publishing: use the calendar to save drafts, preview posts, plan recurring time slots and reschedule by drag and drop. Crossposting can reuse a post across networks while changing the caption for each channel.
Analytics: inspect account and post metrics, including engagement, in one dashboard. Teams with group analytics can aggregate profiles by brand or location; Scale adds campaign and paid-performance views.
Conversations: from Launch, reply to supported comments, mentions and DMs in the inbox. Current help names Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn for comments, but only Instagram and Facebook for direct messages.

The current lineup is Free, Starter, Launch, Scale and Custom. Iconosquare advertises a fourteen-day no-card premium trial; without a subscription, the account moves to a limited Free tier. Entry Euro prices shown on the current page assume annual billing, and region, profile count and billing term can change the quote.
Free currently allows one user and two profiles, ten scheduled posts per profile each month and one month of analytics history. Starter adds custom dashboards; Launch brings reports, inbox and X; Scale adds three users, post approvals, campaigns and listening. Custom covers flexible capacity and white-label reporting.

Before you choose
Trial-to-Free conversion is operationally important: if more than two profiles were connected, the Free tier keeps the two with the most followers, excluding X, and deactivates the rest; scheduled reports pause. Check which profiles will remain active before the trial ends.
Scale approval has an extra step: an external collaborator may approve or reject through a per-profile link, but the account user must then complete scheduling. The link is shared manually; consider password protection for client access.
Publishing spans eight named networks, but analytics, inbox actions and formats vary. X requires Launch or higher, and the Conversations page documents DMs only for Instagram and Facebook. Test a representative client profile before promising parity.
Reports and analysis grow by tier: Free cannot create/export reports, Launch adds automated reports, Scale adds campaign and listening views, and Custom lists white-label options. Confirm the exact data history, export format and group allowance in a quote.
Current pricing varies by region, currency, billing term and profile count. Annual access lasts through the prepaid period after cancellation; ask for a plan-specific quote if you need additional profiles or users.
