Find your fit
Who it is for
A company with stores, clinics, dealerships or other sites can keep openings and candidate activity tied to local teams while seeing hiring progress centrally. Hireology describes an unlimited location hierarchy, location-level insights and a cross-location dashboard.
Recruiters and managers who need consistent steps across sites can use configurable candidate records, job templates, pipeline actions, candidate communication and interview scheduling. The product describes automatic slot offers after prescreen criteria are met.
A team considering automated applicant summaries and matching should compare Perform with Core. Hireology identifies those tools as Perform additions and reserves AI Interview for a separate Perform-only upgrade.

Pricing and getting started
The current packages page distinguishes Core and Perform and directs buyers to sales for billing details. Both packages include the core hiring workflow, branded career sites, multi-location features and payroll or HRIS integrations. Request a written quote for the number of locations, selected package and required support or services.
Perform adds AI Candidate Summary, AI Match and enhanced trust capabilities. AI Interview is a separate featured upgrade restricted to Perform. Hireology says features may be added à la carte, so the package name alone does not establish the full entitlement or price.
The comparison also presents Enhanced Onboarding, background screening, skills testing, reference checks and a payroll/HR offering as add-ons. Confirm which partner services, usage charges or implementation work are included in a proposal.

Before you choose
Map the locations and roles that need distinct career pages, permissions and reporting. The product describes shared visibility across sites, but evaluate whether its hierarchy and location-level permissions match the employer’s structure.
Separate available package features from road-map items. The current package page labels AI Sourcing “Beta coming soon”; it should not be included in a current deployment assumption. AI Interview is also separate from the Perform base package.
Verify the selected HRIS or payroll connection, screening provider and support scope in the sales proposal. Hireology describes both out-of-the-box and custom integrations; no account, job posting, candidate communication, interview, integration or purchase was tested for this profile.
