Who it is for

It suits a hiring team that wants to publish several openings, keep applications in a searchable pipeline and involve managers in interviews and feedback. Active-job count, rather than just the number of candidates, is a key plan boundary to check before purchase.

A staffing agency or employer working with outside recruiters can use an agency portal for assigned jobs. Confirm that arrangement and the plan tier before promising outside partners access.

Core capabilities

Publish a role to supported job boards and direct applicants to either HireHive’s hosted careers page or a job widget on your own site. Forms can ask tailored questions and request supporting files; check the candidate experience with one sample role before publishing widely.

When someone applies, HireHive creates a profile with their submitted details, CV and source, and can send a customizable thank-you email. This gives the hiring team a starting record rather than separate inbox attachments to reconcile.

Review candidates in a visible pipeline that begins at New and advances through the hiring stages. Potential duplicate applicants are flagged, and a CV can be parsed into a profile for a manually sourced candidate.

Use application-source tracking to see where candidates came from. For a job board outside HireHive’s partner posting flow, create a trackable link to the job page; compare the resulting source labels with the original ads before relying on return-on-investment reports.

Invite managers to interviews, record scorecards and feedback, and keep those notes with the candidate profile. Team permissions have different access levels, so check that interviewers can see only the candidate information they need.

A candidate profile can also be shared through a unique link with someone outside the normal account, and the profile can revoke that access. Treat CVs and answers as sensitive: test who can open a shared link before sending real candidate details.

Reports show application sources and candidate progress by job and date range, with CSV export for further analysis. Compare a sample report to the actual pipeline before using its counts to judge channels or hiring speed.

Pricing and getting started

The top current pricing cards divide plans by active jobs: Starter covers three, Super ten, Mega 25 and Enterprise more than 25. A team with many simultaneous openings should count active roles, including seasonal or duplicate postings, before choosing a tier.

At capture, the top cards displayed $120, $280 and $500 per month with US Dollar selected, while Enterprise requested contact. The static page also shows both Monthly and Yearly Billing controls without proving the selected state. Ask for a written quote with currency, billing period and active-job allowance.

Feature inclusion needs confirmation. The top cards put multilingual forms, agency portal, Jobs API, 2FA and EEO collection above Starter, and integrations/AI Assistant in Mega; lower blocks on the same page show a different Big $99 price and broad Essential labels. Do not rely on the lower comparison to promise a feature at a given tier.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Pilot one harmless job through the whole flow: hosted or embedded careers page, application form, new candidate profile, stage movement, interview feedback and a report. This checks the workflow and the exact job-board/application path before real candidates arrive.

Set hiring-team roles and test candidate sharing with fictional records. A unique external link and an agency portal serve different purposes; decide who can see CVs, answers and notes, and how a link will be revoked when access is no longer needed.

If multiple job boards are used, check whether each board receives a direct posting or a trackable link back to the job page. Source attribution depends on that route and does not prove a channel caused a hire.

Before contracting, get HireHive to confirm the active-job tier, requested integrations, agency access, security options and price/billing period in writing. Its current pricing page contains conflicting lower comparison blocks.
