HeyOrca offers a Free workspace for light posting needs. Its current pricing page says new Free users get two weeks of Pro access without a card before returning to Free features. The Free card lists one user and 15 scheduled posts a month; confirm current limits when creating the workspace.
Basic and Pro are sold per workspace, with unlimited users and scheduled posts shown for both. Basic can add Reporting, Social Listening and Social Inbox separately; Pro includes advanced reporting and inbox access. Check the billing cadence, currency, workspace count, social profiles and add-on total at checkout.

Before you choose
Publishing coverage is broader than inbox coverage. HeyOrca names Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn for its social inbox, while its scheduling page lists additional platforms. Check the exact account and message type rather than assuming every network supports direct replies.
The client approval path is central to this product. Demonstrate who can see drafts, who can approve, and how feedback returns to the team before adding an external stakeholder to a workspace.
HeyOrca says reports can be customized, scheduled as emailed PDFs and shared by link. Verify each client’s metrics, access controls and report scope; Free post metrics are limited and full reporting depends on plan.
The current plan page distinguishes Free, Basic, Pro and Basic add-ons. A new Free account temporarily sees Pro features, so test the workflow you intend to keep after the trial ends.
