GoReminders

What it does

GoReminders combines an appointment calendar with scheduled client reminders. A business can enter an appointment itself, then have text or email reminders sent on its configured schedule. Client self-booking is optional.

Who it is for

A small service business can put its next appointment on the GoReminders calendar and use reminder templates to send the client the time and service details. This suits teams that schedule by phone as well as teams that let clients book online.

When self-booking is useful, Appointment Request mode lets a client suggest up to three times for approval. Instant Book lets a client pick a time without manual approval. Choose the mode that matches how much control staff need.

GoReminders says appointments can sync to Google Calendar and Outlook, with iCal using standard sync. Check the direction and timing of the specific connection in an account before assuming it will prevent every conflicting booking.

Reminder replies can optionally let clients confirm, reschedule or cancel. Businesses should set the allowed reply actions and watch the resulting calendar changes during a short trial.

Pricing and getting started

The Canadian pricing page presents Basic, Professional and Scale with monthly or annual billing and an appointment-volume selector. Its CA-dollar examples show 25 appointments per month; the buyer should select the actual volume and billing term before comparing cost.

On that Canadian grid, Basic includes text/email reminders and one automated reminder per appointment. Professional and Scale list up to three. Booking is displayed as an add-on on all three shown plans.

GoReminders advertises a 14-day trial without a credit card or setup fee. The trial is temporary; plan and add-on terms should be checked before subscribing.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

Online booking is optional: staff can enter appointments directly and still send reminders. Check whether the desired booking add-on is included in a quote for the selected plan and country.

The public pages explain reminder templates, calendar sync and client replies, but no reminder was delivered or calendar account connected for this profile. Try one representative appointment and confirm the timing, recipient and reply behavior.

The shown pricing is Canadian and depends on appointment volume. Confirm the live currency, volume, billing term and any booking add-on before purchase; do not infer the same CA-dollar display applies elsewhere.
