Find your fit
Who it is for
A team handling a common support address can place incoming messages in a shared inbox, give the right teammates access and track follow-up work without losing the original conversation. Test the incoming channel, assignment and reply path with your own team.
Teams answering recurring questions can keep shared reply templates and knowledge articles; help-center content has explicit editor roles, so decide who may publish or revise customer-facing guidance.

Pricing and getting started
The current Front pricing page displays Starter at $25, Professional at $65 and Enterprise at $105 per seat per month when billed annually. Starter is capped at ten seats and Professional at fifty on that display. Confirm currency, tax, monthly-billing rate and contract terms for your location.
Front advertises a 14-day free trial of Professional features without requiring a credit card. Check trial limits and the plan you intend to keep before relying on a test setup in production.

Before you choose
Channel fit matters. Starter supports one type of channel, choosing Email, Front Chat or SMS. Professional and Enterprise support multiple channel types; compare exact channel needs against the current plan table.
Ticket IDs are an optional shared-inbox setting. Turn them on if the team needs internal references; verify whether the customer-facing workflow also needs ticket statuses or a separate ticket process.
Individual and shared message templates can standardize common replies. Review who can access shared templates, and confirm the final message before sending it to a customer.
Front documents automation rules. Test the exact trigger, ordering and selected-plan entitlement for your workflow before relying on automatic assignment or notices.
