Who it is for

A small team can begin with a representative free project: collect tasks into lists, assign a milestone and keep the relevant files and discussion together. Check whether the Free plan’s basic views cover the work before adding paid tools.

A manager coordinating linked deadlines can evaluate Business or Enterprise Gantt and reports with a real task sequence. Test both schedule changes and the report permissions of the people who will use them.

Pricing and getting started

Freedcamp lists a Free tier with unlimited users, projects and tasks; storage is also described as unlimited subject to fair usage. Tasks, milestones, calendar, discussions, files and time are named core applications across plans.

Pro, Business and Enterprise are paid per-user tiers with monthly and annual billing choices. Business and above add project reports, Overview, Invoices+ and CRM.

Paid plans show a 14-day trial. The billing page says active-user counts can affect seat needs, while Guest and Read-only collaborators are free on premium plans. The displayed dollar amounts lack an explicit currency label in the retained page, so check the current market and checkout total.

Look a little closer

Before you choose

A milestone can represent a deliverable and hold a due date and responsible person. Link a few actual tasks to that point, then check whether list counts and time records tell a consistent progress story.

The Gantt help page says dependencies do not block a successor task from starting early. It also says overdue forward and early-finish backward deadline movement are unsupported. Test the date-change behavior you need rather than assuming automatic enforcement.

The reports help page offers simple task-count and duration-based completion calculations. Choose the method that matches your reporting practice, and make sure the report creator has project-administrator access.

Tasks is a core application on every plan, and the task guide describes List and Kanban working views. Recurring tasks require a paid plan. Gantt and project reports are described for Business and Enterprise, so confirm the selected plan includes the views and reports your team needs.

No project setup, task edit, milestone assignment, schedule shift, report generation, trial signup, collaboration invite or checkout was tested for this listing. Prices, fair usage and active-user billing should be confirmed in the chosen account.
