Find your fit
Who it is for
A client service team can test one representative project with stages, tasks, milestones and a budget. This will show whether the broader CRM-plus-finance workspace matches the team’s real handoffs.
A project manager coordinating several contributors can try owners, task views and dependencies on a short delivery sequence, then inspect the progress view before adopting a larger workflow.
The work it supports
Core capabilities
Task management. Assign tasks to the people responsible and review their stage and deadline in the project task views.
Project planning. Set dependencies between tasks and use a short sequence to see which work starts or finishes after another.
Project reporting. Track project progress through tasks and checklists, with reports for completed work items.

Pricing and getting started
Free is presented as a two-user workspace with one workflow, Kanban and list views, and milestones. Essential adds Gantt, subtasks, dependencies and basic financial tracking. Advanced adds recurring tasks, portfolio management and project cash flow forecasting; Ultimate expands project and portfolio analytics.
The pricing FAQ offers a seven-day trial of a full-featured subscription plan without a credit card at sign-up. The Free tier is described as ongoing. Check which subscription features remain after the trial before moving a real project into it.
Monthly and yearly billing choices are shown. Captured dollar amounts do not identify a currency, so confirm currency, seat count, billing period and total on the selected plan before subscribing.

Before you choose
The project work structure can hold stages, tasks, milestones and checklists, but the available elements differ for individual and workflow-based projects. A workflow-based project has tasks and checklists in that view. Build the kind of project your team actually needs before judging the fit.
The project task board presents work in stages and can display assignees and deadlines. The task view also offers lists, grouping by assignee and Gantt. Compare these views with the plan selected, because the pricing page places Gantt in Essential and above.
Project finances can include revenue, expenses, invoices and cash flow forecasts. Administrators must enable project finance, and Finance module permissions govern visibility. A project manager also needs Finance access to issue invoices; time-based project invoices are limited to completed tasks.
External users can be given tailored project access. The permissions can expose tasks and, if allowed, related revenue, expenses, invoices and estimates. Review the client role and visible fields with a sample project before inviting a customer.
Flowlu covers more than project tracking. Try the CRM-to-project handoff and one completed task through the finance process to decide whether the additional modules reduce duplicate work for your team. No account, project, client invite, invoice, trial sign-up or checkout was tested for this profile.
